Fast and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been a game-changer for my remote work experience. What I find most helpful is how it simplifies the entire process of getting paid internationally. The platform is super user-friendly, and I love that I can choose from several withdrawal options, like PayPal or direct bank transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate what Deel offers, there are a few things I think could be improved. The biggest downside for me is the withdrawal fees—depending on the method you choose, they can add up over time. I also wish the exchange rates were a bit more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves a major headache for remote workers like me, getting paid easily and legally across borders. Before using Deel, I had to chase down invoices, worry about international banking issues, and figure out tax documents on my own. It was stressful and time-consuming.

What I like the most about the platform is how it centralizes information, operates quickly, and is easy to use. It makes my daily tasks much more conveniente.

What I like the least are the transfer fees — they could be a bit lower, although I understand they’re still competitive compared to the market.

Deem is helping in the management of documents and information abou the contract, being a centralized plataform.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel as a contractor for over two years, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes getting paid on time completely stress-free. Managing contracts, invoices, and tax documents is simple and transparent. Support is always responsive, and the flexibility in withdrawal options is a huge plus. Deel has truly made remote work seamless and secure—I couldn’t imagine working internationally without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I use an iPad so an iPad specific App would be nice to have but not a core need.

Pricing can be on the higher side for small teams.

Deel is solving the complex challenges of hiring, paying, and managing remote teams across international borders. Without Deel, we’d have to navigate foreign labor laws, tax compliance, and payment systems manually — which is time-consuming and legally risky.

Some request made time to be answered (some expenses are not correctly read blocking the expense validation)

Punctuality in explanation and payment. Clarity in the answers of the customer support. Certainty in the timing and ease frequency of use. Number of features allows you to use the Deel platform without major problems.

honestly I didn't find any negative complaints during the use of the Deel payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor working with clients overseas, Deel has made the entire process incredibly smooth. The platform is very user-friendly – I can easily review and sign contracts, track payments, and withdraw funds in multiple ways, all in just a few clicks. Everything is transparent, and I always know when to expect my payments. I’d definitely recommend Deel to any employer looking to work with international contractors. It makes things so much easier for both sides.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor inconvenience is that certain numbers (like account or transaction details) are sometimes hidden behind asterisks for security reasons. I understand the need for privacy, but since I’m the one logged into my account, it would be great to have the option to view that information more easily when needed.

Deel solves the challenges of working with international clients by streamlining contracts, payments, and compliance in one platform. I don’t have to worry about invoicing or cross-border payment issues — everything is handled smoothly and reliably. It also has helpful features like PTO tracking, which makes it easy to manage time off and stay aligned with the team, even as a contractor. Overall, it saves time, reduces stress, and makes remote work much more manageable.

The Virtual/Physical Deel cards that made my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is having to wait for my money to arrive to my local bank. (Usually around 5 days)

It's helping me get paid securely in USD and managing my money before moving the funds to my bank.
