Easy to use, accessible, and with fair and fast transactions

It is easy to use and access an account, the fees for each transaction are fair, and the times are fast.

Great Product, With Room to Improve the UX
What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Designer, using Deel has been genuinely inspiring.
The UI feels clean, confident, and thoughtfully crafted, making even complex payroll flows feel easy and intuitive.
What I appreciate most is how Deel communicates with users, especially through email: clear, friendly, and human, without ever feeling cold or overly corporate.
The illustrations are a standout, they add personality and warmth, and make the product feel alive.
The design system is beautiful and consistent, and overall the experience gives me the feeling of using a cool, modern app that truly cares about design, not just functionality

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the product feels slower than expected, with noticeable delays while waiting for information to load or update.
One confusing point is the Deel Card flow. There’s an option to withdraw money to the card even though the funds are already in the Deel account. From a user perspective, this feels like an unnecessary extra step, funds should be automatically available on the card without manual action
From a global user standpoint, support for EUR currency would be a big improvement, along with the ability to withdraw cash from ATMs using the Deel card, which would make the card far more practical for everyday use
The Finance screen and transaction details also have a lot of untapped potential. It would be great to see:
-Clearer, more digestible transaction details
-Better context on where payments were made (e.g. merchant names, categories, or even company visuals/logos)
-A monthly spending overview, automatically categorized (groceries, food & drinks, clothing, etc.), based on card usage

For me, it makes receiving a salary from another country simple and stress-free, without the need to provide a large amount of paperwork that other providers usually require.
It also gives me flexibility in how I access my money, with multiple withdrawal options, which is a big advantage compared to traditional solutions

Efficient International Payroll with On-Time USD Payments
What do you like best about the product?
Deel helps me manage international payroll efficiently. I get paid in US dollars and it’s tricky to convert the pay to Indian Rupees using the traditional method. Deel charges a minimal fee to process the proceedings and effectively deliver your payments on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing fee is quite high when cut from the salary. It gets deducted everytime a transaction is made.

Convert currency according to my preferred currency. It benefits me by managing my payroll

Reliable and convenient. It’s been helpful whenever I’m in need, and I can count on it when I need it most.

Nothing to complain about. I like everything about Deel and the service they offer, especially the support and the way they handle things in advance.

It offers advance pay, which is really convenient. The payment terms are clear, and the interest is affordable.

Single-day payment. I received the money within a single working day, and the processing was very fast.

It makes paying and managing global employees easy and stress-free by handling compliance, taxes, and payments all in one platform.

What I dislike about Deel Payroll is the high transaction fees, which can add up and become costly, especially for frequent or international payments, which is reasonable however.

It solves the complexity of global payroll and compliance by handling local taxes, labor laws, and payments in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and offers fast payouts. Overall, the app feels straightforward and simple to navigate.

Sometimes the app takes a long time to load, but overall I’m very satisfied.

One of the best payroll options for global remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like having the option to send payments to any bank account, as well as being able to use the Deel Card. And if needed, it’s also helpful to have the Deel Advance feature available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue for me is the fees when transferring to my country’s bank account. I think we could get better deals on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving payroll as an independent contractor with US- or Europe-based companies is a great benefit, because it amplifies the opportunities I can have globally.
