I've been using the Deel app for managing my salary and employment-related documentation, and it’s been a consistently smooth experience. The platform is intuitive, secure, and covers everything I need—from tracking monthly payments to downloading tax documents and accessing my employment contracts.
What I appreciate most is the transparency and clarity. I get notified whenever a payment is processed, and I can view past payouts with full details. The app also makes it incredibly easy to manage compliance documents and keep track of benefits and contract terms.
Whether it's updating personal information, handling tax-related paperwork, or simply checking my salary history, Deel has centralized everything in one place—saving me a lot of time and confusion.

While Deel is generally reliable, there can be delays in getting quick support when you run into an issue, especially during high-volume periods like end-of-month payouts or tax season. Sometimes responses take longer than expected, and live chat isn't always immediately helpful for more complex issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I need is in one place. I can check my salary status anytime, get notified when payments are made, and easily download tax forms without having to chase HR or dig through emails. Even updates to contracts or compliance requirements are handled smoothly through the app.

Deel makes it incredibly easy to hire and pay international employees and contractors while ensuring full compliance with local laws. The onboarding process is seamless, and the platform provides legally vetted contracts for each country, which is a huge time-saver. I also appreciate the responsive customer support and intuitive dashboard, which gives visibility into payment statuses, contracts, and employee documents in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel has been a great partner overall. While everything works smoothly, there’s always room for added flexibility—such as more customization in contract templates or additional pricing options tailored for startups. That said, Deel is constantly improving and actively communicates any updates or delays, which is highly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable solution to manage payroll and compliance for our international contractors and employees. Deel helps us handle multi-country payroll without setting up local entities and ensures we stay compliant with regional labor laws. It also simplifies time tracking and contract management, which saves time and reduces manual work. This has helped us scale globally with confidence and focus on our core business operations.

The only thing I’d flag is that while Deel offers good integration options, we found the setup with some of our internal HR systems took a bit of extra time and manual effort. It would be great if they could expand the ease of integration across more platforms and tools. Also, while the features are rich, sometimes there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring the newer ones—but nothing too overwhelming.

Honestly, I don’t have anything to complain about. Everything has been smooth so far—payments are on time, the platform is easy to use, and support has been helpful when needed. It’s been a great experience overall.

Great way to get país and transfer money
What do you like best about the product?
I think it’s wonderful that companies have multiple ways of paying vendors. So far I like the fact that I’m not getting charged to transfer my money to my bank account

The fact that we need to be verified having to enter personal information or other accounts and you need to access our information
