What do you like best about the product?
They offer the opportunity to understand what it means to work with Americans. Just like bombing children and illegally annexing natural resources is "terrorist control", arrogance and incompetence are sold here as a "security feature".
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a frequent traveler, be prepared to provide proof of your locations on a monthly basis or when interacting with them. They block your salary and expect you to provide ridiculous proof of locations, such as taking pictures with newspapers, your ID, and handwritten notes. Every month!! I have never experienced something so frustratingly annoying in my life.
If you contact their support, get prepared for getting no helpful answers. Get prepared to get instructed over and over again until they get what they want. They just give a fuck about you and your individual requests. Be nice, or they will explain democracy to you. The more you argue, the more they forget every detail about you and force you to send more "proofs".
Please, god, make America great again and teach these people logical thinking and give them a little education.

They don't solve problems - they create them!
There is no benefit, there is only more work than before for me!

What do you like best about the product?
very friendly, helpful always responsive customer success manager, easy to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expense reimbursement could be better. The employees can not easily use the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have entities in some countries so we can employ those employees via Deel.

Seamless Payment Experience with Deel

What do you like best about the product?
I've been receiving payments through Deel since late 2022 with no issues — contracts, currency conversion, and transfers have always been smooth and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Deel has worked great for me, and for now, I don't have a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone working remotely from a different country with a different currency, Deel makes it easy to receive payments on time, directly in my local bank account and currency. It also allows me to have a formal contract with my employer, which gives structure and security to our working relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team will carefully follow up with you to make sure any issue is solved as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expanding the Deel card for purchases in currencies other currency beside dollars would be great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving all the payment problems that come with using other unsafe methods.
Deel takes care of sending the money to my bank account directly. This is a great benefit for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy onboarding, contracts, and fast international payments.
Handles tax documents, local labor laws, and contracts legally for multiple countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all payout methods are fully supported in every region (e.g., M-Pesa is limited).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit is getting paid quickly and reliably in Kenya through global payment options like Wise and Payoneer. Deel also handles contracts, tax forms, and legal compliance, so I can focus on the work instead of chasing payments or worrying about paperwork. It gives peace of mind and a professional system for both freelancers and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Taking payment from other countries has become easier

It took time to receive payment means payment will receive immediately on deel account, but to reflect it into your bank account could take time

Recieving Payment from all over the world become easier because we don't need to depend on any third party

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international payments really simple with minimal hassle. It also offers different benefits for contractors such as credit card, advances and partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no big issues for me at this point but I would add that the UI seems to change too often and it feels like items change places everytime you need them. I’ve had several difficulties with contractors under milestone payments because submitting their work is not easy, changes places and is not well documented in the knowledge base.
