Easy and secure platform you can trust.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly their website is. I can check my balance daily without any difficulties. I also like how they are very organized and there are different tabs for ease of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website and the app don't give you a very accurate ETA.

Reliable platform for international payments and contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international work feel easy. The platform is intuitive, payments are always on time, and I really like how transparent the whole process is. The contracts, salary breakdown, and payment history are always clear and easy to track
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t had any major issues. But sometimes, I feel that customer support could respond a bit faster when there’s a doubt or request. It would also be nice to have more localization features for specific countries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me receive international payments in a secure and efficient way. Before Deel, getting paid from abroad involved complicated processes and delays. Now everything is streamlined: contracts, invoicing, and payments are all in one place. This saves me time, reduces stress, and ensures I get paid on time, every time

I love how easy Deel makes it to get paid and manage contracts globally. The platform is super intuitive, and support is always fast.

The entire contract and payment process is straightforward and transparent, ensuring clarity and ease at every stage. From the initial agreement to the final transaction, everything is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pix is meant to be an instant transfer, but sometimes there are delays. I believe this aspect should be improved to ensure faster and more reliable transactions.

Easy to use, clear display of information, great support

Some configurations could be easier to chagne directly on the platform, instead on depending on reaching support (which is good, but still)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to relay funds in the proper date, very straightforward to setup (a process I'm aware, could take weeks if dependent on other tools or none at all).

An amazing platform, providing also nice auxiliary tools and services, such as advancement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all services are granted for different contract modes. For example, advanced services are allowed only in contractor mode, not on direct employment payrolls.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been an excellent platform for managing international payments. It provides a smooth and transparent process for receiving payments across different currencies and countries. The funds are usually transferred quickly, and I can choose the withdrawal method that works best for me — whether it's to a local bank account, Payoneer, or Wise. The payment schedule is predictable, and I always receive notifications when payments are being processed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, depending on the payment method and country, transaction fees can vary, which requires careful planning. Additionally, while the platform offers great flexibility, I’d love to see more real-time updates on currency exchange rates and estimated delivery times for each payout method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complexity of managing international payments for independent contractors and remote employees. It eliminates the need to navigate local banking regulations or worry about compliance, making it easy to send and receive payments on time. This has saved us a lot of time and effort in financial operations, while ensuring that our global team is paid reliably, regardless of location.

The fees. I think the fees are reasonable, not like other platforms. Also it has other benefits and discounts.

Sometimes it has a big where it shoots you an error about a denial of a payment

Deel provides fast resolution on issue raised. They even sent me email to ensure step by step guide to resolve the issue.

I dont have anything to dislike about Deel, so far.

I change my country of residency and Deel guided me on the requirements of compliance documents I need to submit.
