Everything is Easy to Find!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to understand what documents were needed for onboarding and easy to find them after signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like there is too much information, and it can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped my complete all of my onboarding and paperwork in one sitting and on one page. I did not have to waste time going back and forth with employers to onboard.
Deel makes being paid by an American company easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get paid in GBP and that there have been no issues getting my money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the poor exchange rate and receiving less money than expected each month.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has completely transformed how we handle international contractor payments and compliance. The platform makes it incredibly easy to onboard contractors from different countries without worrying about local labor laws or tax requirements. The automated compliance features ensure we're always following regulations in each jurisdiction, which gives us peace of mind when expanding globally.
The user interface is intuitive and well-designed, making it simple for both our HR team and contractors to navigate. Payment processing is reliable and fast, with multiple payment options that work well across different regions. The reporting dashboard provides clear insights into our global workforce costs and helps with budgeting and financial planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is generally excellent, there are a few areas for improvement. The pricing can be quite expensive for smaller companies, especially when managing a large number of contractors. Some of the more advanced features require higher-tier plans, which might not be cost-effective for all businesses.
Occasionally, the platform can feel overwhelming with all its features, and it would benefit from better onboarding tutorials for new users. Customer support, while generally responsive, sometimes takes longer to resolve complex compliance questions that require local expertise.

Deel is solving the complex challenge of managing international workforce compliance and payments, which used to be a major headache for our business. Before using Deel, we struggled with understanding different countries' employment laws, tax requirements, and payment regulations when hiring global talent. This often led to delays in onboarding contractors and concerns about legal compliance.
The platform eliminates these pain points by automatically handling local compliance requirements, generating proper contracts that meet regional standards, and processing payments through compliant channels. It is easy to navigate and understand. Really helpful.

The time tracking as it helps me monitor all my recorded attendance. Also with the payroll. I can easily monitor all pays using the dashboard.

A middle man for easy pay. Allows me to be a contractor and receive money fairly and efficiently.
Deel: The Deal I Didn't Expect
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel is very straight forward about how to get your payment every period and you can transfer it into your bank account quickly without any issue. I also like that it is very simple to figure out and the support is already ready to answer any questions. Additionally, with Deel, I get paid earlier than the Friday I should get the money by.`
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it for a long time but overall everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports easy and quick payments for me as a contractor and makes the whole process of getting paid about as simple as 1 2 3.

Payment system is great, very easy to use. Strongly recommend if need to receive or send funds to or from foreign countries.
Provides very good agreement management system as well. Also provides offers on third party services like hotel bookings etc.

Not anything specific but please improve the android app. Some times it laggs a lot.

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up my account was relatively straightforward. I feel like I can leave my account be, and it will do (does) what it is supposed to do. The site is easy to navigate. It clearly shows my standing and current contracts and where my payments are in the processing cycle. I can access records of all of this information very easily. The site has other functionalities that I can see using in the future. The site feels secure in terms of me being the only one who can access my information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am asked to complete 2-factor verification to access my account, but the code that is sent is not sent to my primary email address as it says it is. I consistently have to ask for the code to be sent to my backup email, in addition. This is not challenging, as the option to have the code sent to my backup email is readily accessible. It’s more of a small irritation to have to go through the additional step of having the code sent to two different emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows me to find information readily. This helps me to save time and to be able to plan appropriately regarding finances.

Maybe I would add all fees somewhere easy to have for better understanding.
