It's good, but there are some odd hidden fees.
What do you like best about the product?
I think deel is great for businesses. It has the contracts in the app, it has a preview of when to expect next paycheck. It also has a ton of options on how to withdraw in both local and foreign currencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest thing I dislike is that some of the fees are not transparent. For example when sending money to my local currency, it states that there is no fee for it. But when you look at the breakdown of the exchange, which you have to actually open, there is a exchange rate fee that is hidden which is actually higher than other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payroll for multiple people across multiple countries. It makes it easier to centralize all payments.

I tried 2 ways of withdraw, both great!

I don't think there are negative things.

The deel card feature is great for countries like Bolivia that are facing uncertainty, with online payments in foreign currency, Deel helped me bridge that gap

What do you like best about the product?
Everything works FAST. That's what first surprised me, every step of the way from creating an account, signing, validating, then linking withdrawal methods, etc, all of it took a few minutes and the process was really easy to follow, and I wish I would've known about it before!!

I really don't think there's something I dislike about it.
Only thing I can think of is that I'm supposed to have free withdrawals and it's still charging me a few cents, but it's not that big a deal

I get paid and there are no fees to receive my money, unlike other platforms that used to charge a considerable amount.

The ease of receiving my money and the reliability it offers

It is pretty fast and simple to use

The flexibility of platforms you can send money. If something is out of order at the moment, you can choose another one to withdraw.
