Fast, but the exchange fee is very expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The process is simple overall, and I had no trouble receiving the needed amount.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exchange fee is $44.40 for each transaction, and it's not negotiable. Considering the exchange rate of $1.00 = R$5.53, the BRL conversion isn't great for Brazilians.

The need of receiving my monthly payment and taking care of the exchanges/transfers for my bank account.

For many, especially those growing internationally, the pros far outweigh the cons — but it’s worth being informed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workers get paid faster and in their preferred currency. Employers avoid banking delays, conversion errors, and payment compliance issues.
Deel is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
10/10. From registration to onboarding process and money transfer alternatives. As a freelancer, I've used Deel in the past and will continue using it. It's just awesome.

Nothing, to be completely honest. It fulfills every freelancer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just making my life easier since I'm able to legally work with companies from outside of Argentina and it's so easy to use.

Awesome experience and love the way they transfer amount. Like No delays and on time payments in your bank account

Deal should have physical cards too for the easy to withdraw payment and payment should be recieved without contracts

Virtual cards are a good option. Minimal fee. Had the best experience with deal then local bank accounts
