Payroll made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is easy to use and I always receive consistent payments on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Deel. The platform is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feel makes it easy for me to receive payments on time and on a consistent basis. Money is direct deposited into my bank account.

I like how clearly they explained the process and the reason behind it. They were polite and quick to respond, making it easier for me to understand what steps I need to take next.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing like that about the platform.

Deel helps manage international payroll, compliance, and benefits like Provident Fund in one place. It makes it easy for me to work with a global company without worrying about local legal or salary issues. Everything is handled smoothly, and their support team helps quickly when I have questions.

i would saw logging into the app using my phone. I would have to log in twice to enter the app.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how it simplifies the entire hiring and payment process for global teams. It takes care of contracts, compliance, and payments in one place, which saves a ton of time and stress. The interface is clean and easy to use, and support is always responsive. I also appreciate the transparency, it’s clear what you’re paying, when, and why. It really helps reduce the friction of working with international contractors and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the platform feels a bit rigid, for example, making changes to contracts or payment schedules isn't always as flexible or intuitive as I’d like. Also, depending on the country, payout timelines can vary or feel slower than expected. Lastly, while support is helpful, getting quick answers during off-hours can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the challenges of getting paid as an international contractor, especially when working with companies based in other countries. It handles the legal side—like contracts and tax documents—so I don’t have to worry about compliance. It also takes care of currency conversion and gives me flexible withdrawal options, which saves time and stress. Overall, it makes working with global companies way more accessible and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes global contracting incredibly simple. From contract generation to payouts, everything is handled smoothly in one place. I especially appreciate the intuitive dashboard, automated compliance, and the ability to select multiple payout methods (Wise, Payoneer, local bank, etc.). The customer support team is also quite responsive and helpful, especially during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area of improvement could be the delay in activating contracts even after signing—there's sometimes a lack of clarity on next steps for new users. Also, the platform doesn’t always provide real-time visibility into when the client-side action is pending (e.g., funding delays), which creates some confusion and stress for freelancers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies international freelance work by handling legal contracts, compliance, and cross-border payments. It removes the hassle of manually managing invoices, exchange rates, and tax forms. As a freelancer, it gives me peace of mind knowing my earnings are secure, contractually backed, and professionally managed. Everything from onboarding to getting paid is seamless.

The best thing about Deel is their collaborations with platforms of multiple parts of the world that allow to receive payments in almost any bank system
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes like the identity verification or the requirements to get Deel advance or Deel card are a little complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me and another collaborator from the company are from Argentina and the company is from Spain; Argentina's law for receiving payments from other countries is very restrictive, Deel provides us another way to get our payments legally without that restrictions
Easy and intuitaive
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly design and step-by-step process make the registration easy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is great overall, but sometimes the dashboard feels a bit cluttered.

Actually I am working for a company which offers remote job, so they use Deel platform to pay me.
