Deel - Fast, reliable and secure !!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very safe and secure, funds are always transfered timeously.
Never experienced any delays, I love that that they always request a 2 factor authentication for any action/transfer.
Invoices generated on time and you're able to back date it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, Deel is effective and sets the bar for hiring, payroll and HR services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a US based company, with me based in South Africa it makes it easier for my employer to pay me without any delays or high tarrifs

Easy to manage and sign online contract.

Nothing specific comes to mind ! The interface is overall friendly to use.

Nothing special. Nothing to commend. Would not recommend.

Irresponsible. Incurred late payment due to Deel's negligent and they quietly charged the late penalty to our account.

Reduced HR department headcount, not sure if cost justifiable.
Quick, easy payroll experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see which contracts you have available, what hours you're being paid for, and to request easy transfer to your bank account. Email and push notifications make it easy for you to know when you're getting paid. Deel is also very good about having customer service reps reach out to you to address your concerns!

Zero dislikes. Deel is tremendous! It does exactly what I need, and its customer service is tremendous.

Once I needed to download my contract and couldn't do it, they said I should talk to my company even tho I think that was wrong.
