Getting onboarded and getting paid is a very smooth experience

There's a fixed fee for IBAN withdrawals, which is great compared to many other services but could be less.

The card, it still has some issues getting to countries in South America.

How my employer can pay me from another country. It solved by giving me the option to have multiple accounts from different countries linked just in case.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best app I've used to get paid. I am a contractor and the UI is easy to understand and navigate on mobile, but also rich enough to show information about exact minutes submitted as pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a bit slow to retrieve data, especially when first logging in. This interrupts the otherwise smooth experience.

It's gives me peace of mind that my time is being tracked accurately
Deel withdraw system
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Deel is its payment withdrawal system via bank transfer. The funds are deposited into the bank account within moments, making the process fast and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with Deel so far. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the platform.

The smooth transaction process saved me valuable time, as I didn’t have to wait long for the payment to arrive.

Maybe it is a little bit weird to do an onboarding without guides

I did not know how to the onboarding process, special with the uploading process but the support staff was pretty kind and useful

What do you like best about the product?
It was truly easy to understand the onboarding process, and also, the information regarding withdrawal fees for each option was super clear. Deel made it easy for me to decide the best service option for me. My withdrawals have been almost instant for my first two payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to understand where to go to change my work email. I'm not sure of how good of an idea it is to have two different workspaces for each part of the profile info.

As a freelancer it was really easy to submit my work and recibe my payment in time.

Nothing so far, the only time I had a problem the contact center was really helpfull
