Great platform to handle your income and expenses as a freelancer
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward to use, and managing your finances with different contractors has been made effortless.

Nothing much. Everything works pretty well.

The greatest thing about Deel is that regardless of what currency your employer pays you, you are able to receive it immediately and the withdrawal is super fast

It's so easy to understand and overall UX is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Local bank transfer doesn't work as remmittance, which isn't mentioned by deel. A small tooltip on that would be super great and also provide better recommendation.

It helps and saving tax as my salary can be tagged as remmitance.

I’ve been using Deel as a contractor, and it’s been a great experience. The platform is really easy to use, and I always get paid on time without any issues. I love how transparent everything is—you can see your contracts, payment dates, and more all in one place.
One of my favorite features is the virtual card. I use it all the time, and it makes spending my earnings super convenient. Plus, whenever I’ve had a question, the support team has been quick and helpful.
Definitely recommend Deel if you’re freelancing or working remotely with international clients.

The dashboard has a lot of features, which is great, but it can take a little time to get used to everything.

Deel has been a game-changer for managing international payments. The platform is user-friendly, secure, and incredibly efficient. I received my payroll quickly, even while working from abroad, with no delays or complications. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful. Flexible and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, things are easy to understand on the platform, well segmented on where and what to look for in the interface. They recently launched the mobile app version which made things better to access. A lot of transfer options to choose from. It also has the option to opt in for a health insurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only had a problem with the Deel Card not being able to get updates on its delivery and it has been more than a year now. Did reached out to CS team and "re-issued" the card request but it's already 2025 and still no card. Gave up on it since I have better options elsewhere locally. There's one withdraw option which instantly reimburses my Deel Balance to that specific payment option which works for me for now. Everything else works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel had paved way into how smooth the transaction works with clients. My client preferred Deel as it gave a reasonable cost for them to use the platform as a payroll system for me.

Deel is a fantastic platform for managing international payments. I’ve been using it to receive money for freelance work, and it’s been smooth, fast, and super reliable. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the transfer times are impressive. I also love how flexible it is when it comes to withdrawing funds to different payment methods. Whether you're sending or receiving, Deel makes the whole process stress-free. Highly recommended!

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the currency conversion rates could be a bit more competitive—but overall, it’s still one of the best tools out there for global payments. Highly recommended!

Even though the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, Deel does a great job guiding you step-by-step through the setup process. As a new user, I found it easy to get started and understand the basics. The interface is clean, and the onboarding is straightforward, which helps build trust quickly.

Since I’m still new and haven’t received a payment yet or explored all the features, I can’t speak to the full experience. However, I found the tax section a bit confusing — especially as a contractor based in Mexico working for a US company. I would appreciate more localized guidance or clearer explanations on what’s expected in terms of tax obligations.
