Easy, and so much more than what I thought!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform, how easy it is to transfer money to different accounts and the deel card! it makes it very easy for me to travel and keep my finance in order. I also like the variety of perks and benefits. I like that you can see there are humans thinking about humans here!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. I think the platfom is evolving constantly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having the deel card has been very useful for me. Also, i think for my organization, is very convenient to organize paynments there! all contracts in a place, and i can access my contract, my payroll info and everything without having to reach HR. Also, it is easy for me to transfer money to my local account.
Working and getting paid with Deel has been great -- Smooth and no issues!

It helps with making sure we care compensated as a contractor.

Charges some fees for services that it provides, but it's not that expensive.

They provide information regularly and accurately. Payments are processed timely and consistently.

Timely and regular payments. Detailed reports of calls and payment breakdown.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the stability of conversion rates and how easy it is to access my payments. There are some perks like Deel Advance that help you out in a pinch too! It's easy to use and has steadily increased their list of features since I started using them in 2021.

It takes a while to get help from customer support when there's an issue.

It's making it easy to receive my payments and track payroll as an international contractor/employee.
Deel has really helped me to get my contract going

An an external contractor, Deel has helped me to easily proceed to finalize and action contract with current company. Deel makes international payments super easy!

limited amount of withdrawal methods for my country (Kyrgyzstan)

A little clunky and submitting hours for multiple days can be a nightmare sometimes. Contracts can be better

Deel does not offer installment plans or payment terms for the cash advances, which can make managing repayments a bit challenging for those who prefer more flexible payment options.
