Smooth and reliable platform for global payroll and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international hiring incredibly simple. The platform is intuitive and provides all the tools I need to manage contracts, payments, and compliance in one place. I especially appreciate how fast payments are processed, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Their dashboards are easy to navigate, and I feel confident knowing I’m compliant with local regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional delays in contract updates reflecting in the system, and sometimes the document upload feature can be a bit buggy. I’d also like to see more flexibility in payment method options in some regions. However, these are minor compared to the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us manage and pay international contractors without worrying about local labor laws or tax compliance. It eliminates the need to hire legal experts in each country and ensures all our contracts are legally sound. The platform saves us a lot of time and administrative hassle, while giving our team peace of mind knowing everyone is paid accurately and on time.

Deel is is an all in all App for companies and businesses, it makes payment easy and accessible to any part of the world because it offers wide ranges of payment options.

The website opens slowly especially if you network is weak.

Deel is solving the problem of paying international freelancer, and remote workers. It benefited me greatly as it was a mean i got my first payment working remotely.

The withdrawal takes very short time, and never delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weekend payments will be processed on Monday. Or next business day.

Solves the problem about finding the best exchange rate since the payment is already in my local currency.
Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is extremely user-friendly, and payment is such a breeze, I couldn't believe it. Haven't experienced any delays at all. Onboarding was also easy.

Haven't seen anything I disliked on Deel yet.

I really appreciate the Deel Advance feature. It’s a game changer—being able to access funds before the usual payout date helps me manage my finances better, especially during tight weeks. The process is fast, transparent, and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel overall is great, one thing I’d like to see improved is the customer support response time. There are moments when urgent concerns take longer than expected to be addressed. Faster and more responsive support would make the experience even better.

Deel is solving the challenge of getting paid easily and on time as a remote worker. It simplifies contracts, payment processing, and compliance, all in one place. I don’t have to worry about exchange rates, international transfers, or delays, everything is smooth and efficient. Plus, features like Deel Advance give me more control over my cash flow when I need it most.

1. Setting up the Deel account was simple and fast

3. Once Deel receives my money, I can access it within 48 hours.

I have not found anything to dislike about Deel so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of delayed payments when payer and payee are in different countries and using different currencies. Deel is benefiting me because it has made it super fast to get paid by a US company from where I am located in Kenya. The conversion from US dollars to Kenyan shillings is seamless.
