Straightforward Payroll for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Deel Payroll makes paying international contractors way easier than expected. Everything is pretty clear and centralized, from contracts to payments, so you do not have to chase details across tools. Setup is simple, payments run smoothly, and it saves a lot of time when working with people in different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel limited depending on the country, and not everything is fully self service. Fees can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams. Support is generally fine, but response times are not always consistent. Reporting could be more flexible too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves the problem of paying international contractors without having to deal with different systems, currencies, or local rules on your own. It keeps contracts, payments, and compliance in one place, which reduces errors and saves time. Overall, it makes global payroll feel manageable instead of stressful.
Exceptional Speed and Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have the currency converted specifically for any wallet I own quickly, efficiently, with great customer support, allowing me to make multiple accesses and also encouraging me to access the platform several times to check offers, to confirm my payments in an easily implementable integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, it has been much more difficult to find the verification letter proving that I am an employee of the current company, but it seems to have improved now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am just an employee, but deel has been helping me to receive my payments and convert them to other wallets, which has been very positive.
Easy multicurrency payment
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get paid from a different country, deel manages all of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues setting up some 3rd party accounts to minimize the fees, that can be kind of high sometimes

Making the payroll very easy for me as a contractor
Very easy onboarding and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Clear explanation about each step without the need of any additional help. If not for Deel, the onboarding and hiring by my employer would have been much delayed due to the compliance and regulatory issues. This saves time which in turn is beneficial for both the organisation as well as employee. Customer support is top notch as they verified my identity manually within just minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced an issue with the Identity verification but it has been handled promptly by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To receive payments in foreign currency from an organisation without physical presence in my country would have been a compliance and regulatory nightmare if not for the Deel
Excellent Security with Automatic Logout for Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
In terms of security, the site automatically logs you out if you remain inactive for a certain period. This helps protect your account when you step away for a while without clicking on anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few tasks that I deem unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with a revenue stream that is more immediate, rather than having to wait for an end-of-month payment.
My choice for fast payments and zero contract headaches
What do you like best about the product?
The withdrawal flexibility is unmatched. It is important for me to choose how I get paid—whether it’s direct to my bank, via the Deel Card, or even in Crypto. It gives me total control over my earnings regardless of where I’m living.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform itself is excellent, the iOS mobile app performance could be smoother. All the features I need are there, but I occasionally experience lag or UI glitches where a button requires a double-tap to respond. It's not a dealbreaker and the desktop version is flawless, but the mobile experience would benefit from some optimization to make it feel as snappy as the rest of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solved the constant headache of managing complex contracts and manual invoicing with international clients. It has transformed my payment process into something much faster and more efficient. The platform's flexibility is the biggest benefit—I can now choose exactly how and when I receive my funds, which gives me far more control over my finances than traditional banking ever did.
Misleading information recorded on video. Useless junior level chat support. Inability to escalate.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, clean U/I, great U/X on the web app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a critical issue with one of their products for over a month. Information provided changes in every interaction. They acted based on G2 review, but problem wans't fixed. I received five different information on the very same topic from Deel's support managers, and made financial decisions and plans that were severely impacted by misleading information provided.
This is beyond processes and humans failures, it is a case of moral harassement and deceptive business practives. You simply cannot trust information provided by Deel's managers and support agents. I leave my story here bellow to illustrate and warn those planning on using Deel's services.

I was hired by an international company through Deel and from the beginning I started using one of Deel's financial services for over 2 years, paying a 3% fee every time I used it.
In December/25, my company decided to change the status of the contract, moving from direct contractor to contractor of record, thus having Deel Inc. was the legal responsible for my contract. I was the one driving this change for pointing possible liabilities in the former contract, and this impacted a team of 13 people - an upsell for Deel.
On December 16th, I contacted chat support to make sure I would still be eligible to this service with the contract change. An AI-generated answer guaranteed that service would continue to be available and I would still be eligible. I made financial plans based on this information.
On December 24th, when I had planned to use the service, a message informed that I wasn't eligible. I contacted chat support, and the support agent - a human this time - confirmed that I wans't elible, even if information previously provided was different.
On January 3rd, I left a one-star review on G2 telling this story. Few days later, I was contacted by a Deel's Reviews & Complaints Manager, who asked to schedule an online meeting. We met on January 7th, and in a 10-minutes conversation he appologized and mannualy fixed the issue. I explicitly asked if I would still be eligible for the service for my next invoice cycle late-January, and the awnser was yes. The online meeting was recorded, and I once again made financial plans and commitments based on this information.
On January 23rd, when I tryied to use the service, it was once again unavailable. I contacted chat support and once again was unable to fix the issue. I contacted the Reviews & Complaints Manager to whom I spoke on January 7th, but was answered by another manager, who gave me a totally different information.

Fast and Easy to Use, processing times questionable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast, user-friendly interface, desktop and mobile app versions available
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees on international bank transfers, delays on international bank transfers, wallet not accepted in all plattforms or businesses as promised on the portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi country payment, however the time for the transfers to be processed is too long , more than 3 days for a money transfer to my bank acct
Advance Payment Feature Is a Lifesaver in Emergencies
What do you like best about the product?
You can make an advance payment that is super useful for emergencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I like Deel's features, and it's easy to use.
