Deel user for more than 2 years and never had a problem
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation on the platform, good app, and good fees.

Nothing so far bothered me.

It makes the money transfer for international contracts very easy and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is automated, you can select the amount to withdraw. It offers a lot of offers just as a Deel user. Makes all payments on time and eliminates the hustle when its payday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like is that most of rewards offered either they are not valid in country of residence, or you really don't have a use for them. Maybe offering more rewards that are useful such as reward points for AMAZON as an example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps out with Country-to-country payments. Makes working as a freelancer much more efficient and takes that sensation of fear away knowing that payments will be there.
The user experience is quite impressive, easy to navigate and system works smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes , struggle with google sso on slow internet, without proper error message it just fails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contractor Payments are done quite easily keeping the all the legal aspects

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how easy it was to find my pay in Deel. I wish that other contract jobs would use the same platform. It made keeping track of my pay very easy. I also liked how it said that my pay was on the way, which gave me more confirmation and reassurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the payments and transfers could be on time more. Sometimes the app will say that the pay is coming in "x amount of days" but it's delayed. The app also takes a while to load the homepage. I also wish that I was offered a Deel card earlier in the contract. My contract lasted about 6 months and I was never offered a card during that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem that I have the most with contract jobs: finding how much I should be paid. Deel made it very easy to find how much exactly I should be paid. The homepage has everything I need to know, like my wallet balance, my contract, and my transfers. It's beneficial to me because it saves me time when I need to know how much money I have.

It makes it easy to receive my salary + manage multiple contracts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It would be great if they can remove the $5 ACH fee.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the system, pleasant UI, the rewards for being a customer, I liked the only time I got to cash my check early, which saved my life. I like the conveniece especially when comparing to my previous payroll method.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app is slow sometimes, be it from the web or the android launcher. I don't know why I managed to cash my check early once, but never again.

Deel makes getting payed for my contracts easy and reliable. I can be sure everything will be in its place once the date arrives.

Maybe how irregular transaction times are, but I'm aware it could be something Deel can't control

Language support is lacking a bit, I need my invoices in another language but the option is not there
