Using Deel as per the payroll partner.
What do you like best about the product?
ease of business. Deel is very flexible and saves a lot of time in processing payroll faster and in remote locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rewards can be little more location specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving a great problem for the organizations, its making the remote work alignment easy.
Build around flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel is it's payment flexibility, it allows to hold balance on its account, automatically send it to a bank o a number of banks, change bank and even have a card with your balance, all in native currency or payment currency.
interface its very clear, you may review you current and coming contracts/payments, they offer many services such payments advences so you dont have to wait until contract payment and also tax advice, this last 2 to a cost of course, its good to have so many options and flexibility

some of their fees are a little too high, but for optional services

Deel is incredibly intuitive—the clean, easy-to-navigate dashboard makes managing contracts, payments, and compliance a breeze. It supports over 120 currencies and consistently delivers strong FX rates, often outperforming bank transfers. Payouts are reliable and fast, helping me receive funds on time without worrying about complex international conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While FX fees are generally fair, I occasionally wish for even greater transparency upfront during conversions. Also, a few edge cases—like updating personal details—can experience minor delays due to the support team’s workload. That said, support is usually helpful and responsive

Deel makes it easy to get paid internationally with good exchange rates and fast transfers. It saves me time and reduces payment hassles.

We are currently using this platform which offers people from outside the US to be capable of getting their payment without being charged with tons of taxes

I would say how it is user friendly and very detailed when it comes to processes and the extended payment methods. It is easy to use and features a wide range of tools.

At this very moment, I haven't encountered anything that I dislike.

Deel serves as an intermediary for me since I do not work in the US and I am from another country. It benefits me by acting as a mediator for payment purposes.
Seamless localized experience
What do you like best about the product?
The experience was amazing, clear tasks, localized info for my country, everything done online, I felt safe and that my time was valued.

I had some hiccups on the tasks done on third party platforms, it took a couple of hours to reflect the status on Deel.
