What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in terms of functionality — the platform is robust and reliable. However, the referral process tends to take too long to confirm and deliver the reward, which could be improved to better match the efficiency seen across the rest of the platform.

Based on my experience managing remote teams and nearshoring operations, Deel has been a game-changer — it allows me to legally and efficiently onboard talent across borders without setting up entities. This saves time, reduces legal risk, and lets me focus on growing the business instead of navigating local regulations.
