What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful with advances, and the customer support is really friendly and quick to respond, and they're 24/7. If I hadn't had this issue with my name, which was not caused by deel, everything would have been flawless for this payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I experienced was when a typo in my last name (not caused by Deel) triggered a verification delay. During that process, the review and verification steps felt a bit slow and unclear. Aside from that rare situation, the platform itself works well, and I haven’t had any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll has made it easy for me to receive international payments quickly and securely. The platform is straightforward to use, and once everything is set up correctly, payments process smoothly without delays. The only challenge I experienced was related to a typo in my last name, which wasn’t caused by Deel, otherwise, I wouldn’t have had any issues at all. Overall, Deel has made managing my earnings much simpler and more reliable.

Deel Payroll is solving the country barrier I have with my provider. Since I have a contract with them from another country, it makes it so much easier to get the payment without paperwork.

I appreciate the range of features and the many options available to personalize my account. The platform is very user-friendly and supports withdrawals through numerous entities, including various bank accounts and cryptocurrencies.

The downsides could be more related to the commissions to withdraw and the timeframes (even though timeframes are pretty much standard)
