Quick and efficient payment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to set everything up to be automatic: the company I work for sends the money to Deel, and Deel then forwards it to me without me having to log in and transfer it myself each time. You can also set when you want this to happen, whether it should be immediate or only after a certain amount has been earned.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, this is merely an unnecessary step. The company I work for used to pay directly and now we go through Deel, which delays payment due to the extra transfer, and I simply see it as unnecessary from my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, it is not really solving any for me. It is simply helping the agency I work with to handle its payroll

What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers a streamlined and efficient platform for managing contracts, payroll, and compliance for remote work. The interface is intuitive, and having everything centralized—documents, payments, and legal compliance—gives a strong sense of organization and security. Customer support is generally responsive and helpful, and the platform has simplified the process of working with international companies like Alignerr.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the global infrastructure is strong, local adaptation (in my case, Portugal) sometimes feels less personalized. There can be delays or a lack of clarity in communications involving third parties or local-specific processes. Additionally, some procedures feel rigid or standardized in ways that don’t always align with local legal or cultural expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complexity of international employment and compliance by acting as an intermediary between me and Alignerr. As a contractor based in Portugal, I benefit from not having to worry about creating my own legal entity, handling international tax compliance, or dealing with cross-border payment logistics. Deel simplifies the entire process—from signing a legally compliant contract to receiving monthly payments in a timely manner. This allows me to focus on my work without the administrative burden of managing legal and payroll issues across countries.

Deel has made it very easy to receive payment for work as well as HR management platform for contracts, time off and tax

Nothing comes to mind right now but it would be nice to have a smaller fee for Deel advance

My first impression of Deel was that it looks professional.
What do you like best about the product?
- Branding looks modern and slick - it reminds me of Revolut's in style, which is popular in Ireland (and some other European countries). I wasn't too familiar with Deel but I know it's trying to expand in this direction.
- The tile layout of the dashboard is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Adding in a 'tasks' section is very useful and saves time.
- I was impressed that there was region-specific info provided. I signed up because I applied for a freelance role for a US-based company, and I was asked for specific documents relevant to my region as opposed to a generic 'Supply Documents Here' request.
- The AI Assistant is great for when you need help quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I received my contract offer multiple times which was frustrating. Even after signing it, the system didn't recognise the duplicates. This may not have been Deel's fault.
- It can be a bit of labyrinth when you first sign up - there's a lot of tiles on the dashboard and a lot of menus to navigate. This is just a learning curve, but it it were streamlined, new users would be more likely to onboard immediately instead of putting it on a to-do list.

- Deel immediately instilled trust for me because it asked for documents and helped me to supply the correct tax info so I'm paid properly.
- Withdrawing is simple as the balance is prominently displayed on the home page.
- My contract, pay cycles and time off are all quickly accessible if I ever need to check them.

A seamless experience!
What do you like best about the product?
My deel card arrived after just a few days from ordering, been using it since! The exchange rate from euro to USD is very favorable and also conversion from USD to RSD when buying stuff in Serbia is very good! Overall, great service!

Nothing so far! Three months into using deel and no dislike yet.

The funds transfer speed is incredible, almost instantly, and if you have any problem, the support team is super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
All-in one HR payroll solution without the overhead of legacy systems that can be a headache. Clean, easy to use, just works. People get paid, they focus on work. We save time and money.

Added a lot of features we don't need recently, would be nice to deactivate them from settings to make the experience cleaner from an admin perspective.
