Long time receiving payments from USA to Costa Rica
What do you like best about the product?
I have the Deel Card and it is awesome to just use your incomes without doing international transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel card cannot be shipped to Costa Rica directly. I had to ship it to my sister in USA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelance, signing contracts and managing clients payments are really easy to do.
It's been easy to use and reliable.

They always keep users on the loop of where the money.

Nothing so far. The rate per transaction is not too high.

The customer support feels disconnected. I have to do too many things to talk to a real person and they only reply via email.

Deel makes it very easy to access my payments and transfer the money immediately on the same day, which is incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate the timely notifications—they help me stay on top of any new transactions or account activity.

One area for improvement would be the fee associated with Deel Advance. If the fee could be reduced, it would make this feature even more attractive and accessible.

I guess, the detailed user experience in this app is helpful for us new users and non-techy person. It has an interface where you can quickly learn and adjust for better experience.

My initital dislike about Deel is that it is a complicated app because you need to click 'this and that' if you need anything, however, as you explore more on the application — it guides you on things you might have missed.

So far, I have not seen nor encountered any problems on Deel.

I wish they had a functionality to program a specific coin rate ($ -> R$) so that I could have a better coin conversion.

Ideal easy-to-use platform for independent contractors
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track my multiple roles with the company, different contracts, and submit my hours. I also appreciate how easy it is to receive my tax forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is quite poor at times. The few times I needed to have something addressed, the response was very generic with poor updates; they eventually addressed my issue, but communication was quite poor.

Deel solves my issues of getting quick payments as a 1099 consultant.
