Amazing, Simple and Practice
What do you like best about the product?
The minimalist user interface, the colors and the simplicity to get functions on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit bad the fact that you need the mobile deel to get the two factor authenticate. It should be on the same web application with several methods, like authenticators.

I like that it is detailed with the transactions.

Sometimes the app is a bit slow when I access it after not having used it for a few days, and it doesn't have dark mode.

In my country, there isn't a bank that accepts direct payments, but with Deel, it works perfectly along with other methods.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can redirect the money to all the withdrawal methods I want. I have different accounts to which I want to distribute the funds, so Deel helps with that a lot. You also have the capabilities to track your money.

From the beginning, they have increased the rates a lot, so sending money is no longer cheap anymore

Payments mainly. It helps me fund my accounts and pay directly from Deel.

I like the fact that Deel has an easy interface that displays the payments I receive, the estimation to get them

I don't really have anything to complain about deel, it serves me the way I need it.

Deel is the perfect plataform between me and my contractor, with easy acess to the features I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is a simple system, there are not so many buttons or advertising that will hinder me in doing my tasks

I haven't had any recent problems with Deel, but I'm sure if they were to happen they would be resolved quickly
It's only good for companies not for users. High charges for transfers, physical and digital cards.

Gives you contract copies automatically and easy. Platform has responsive design and it has a good security overall.

High charges for physical card replacements in countries like Colombia. Limited purchases types, for when it comes to money, they tell you which type of business you are able to spend. Charges are applied if you move credit from your physical or virtual card to main account back and another high charge is applied for sending money. Poor support to other banks, apps or platform transfers. It's quite often they change cards provider, so users must pay again for replacement, like once a year.

US dollar payment system with contractor contract type. Contract copy automation and billing info. Digital and physical card for general purposes in terms of purchases.

Deal cards are so useful in the app, and have a lot of gifts.

The fee is too expensive, and they charge me twice for the physical and virtual card in a provider change.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features Deel has, is the ability to have a formal contract with a company and receive payments according to this contract. I could mention many more features but one more thing I love about Deel is the Deel Advance, I can get money in advance for a small fee, they pay it back once I have a balance in my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have a better customer service, better communication with users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is the bridge between my employer and me as an independent contractor, I live outside the United States and Deel makes it easy for me to receive payments directly on my bank account without complex processes and by paying just a small fee, plus, payments is received instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
They pay quickly and the fee is less than what my bank used to charge me when my company did this directly. customer service is also very good, as i had a few questions when i was just getting started and the team was very supportive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far i don't think i dislike anything.

Now that my company is paying me through deel, the fee to transfer the money to my account has decreased from around $25 to $5...that's great news.
