Deel has it all
What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed using Deel so far. The app offers many features that go beyond what I've seen on other platforms. While others usually just show incoming and outgoing payments, Deel provides a full payment history, estimated earnings, and upcoming payment dates. It also integrates your contract and allows you to request days off or paid vacation. Overall, I find it very complete and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t been using it for long, but so far, so good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easier to keep track of payments and contract details in one place. It’s especially helpful to see the estimated payment dates and amounts, so I don’t have to worry or check with someone else. I also like that I can request time off directly through the platform. It just makes the process smoother and more organized.
No Major Difference, Easy Setup with Auto Transfer
What do you like best about the product?
I find the feature of automatically sending money to my other account as soon as I receive it with Deel very useful. This automation makes managing my finances simpler and ensures a smooth and immediate transfer of funds, enhancing my efficiency in handling transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process involving optional documents to be confusing. Even though some documents were listed as optional, they still appeared in the step-by-step setup process, making it unclear whether completing them was necessary to proceed. Additionally, Deel hasn't really changed or improved my previous workflow significantly, as I still use another vendor as another step for money transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Deel's auto money transfer feature useful for automatically sending payments to my other account as soon as they're received.
Flexibility and Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage my money, submit expenses and how it keeps improving the general experience. I use it all at least twice a month to check for new features and setting up my account and connecting it to my bank was very easy. I haven't needed to contact customer support as there are comprehensive FAQs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if it had more useful and comprehensive services on the "marketplace" of their partners.

It helps me to manage my salary.

What do you like best about the product?
Moving money to your local bank account is easy and clear. You can have money in advance of your regular pay check and it has a virtual /physical card that works as a charm. Its integrated IA assistant really helped while approving the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approving the card requested several times to fill out /upload utility build. The lack of information indicating what is missing to move forward delay the product.

Just the deel card and it is solved

Using Deel has been a great professional experience. The platform makes it very easy to receive and withdraw payments from abroad, and I appreciate the wide range of banking options available for withdrawals.

For the company that I work for, Deel has been more reliable for us as users and we didn’t have app issues was we had with the other app

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been incredibly quick and smooth to work with. It offers a wide variety of options and features, and everything functions reliably and efficiently.

one area that could improve is the clarity around certain processes, like document verification or payment timelines

Deel is helping me receive payments from the U.S. to Colombia quickly and reliably.
Very intuitive and uncomplicated app
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use, making contract management, payments and withdrawals very simple. I especially appreciate how easy it is to track payments and access different payment options directly from the app, with full transparency about fees and processing times. Everything seems well-organized and straightforward, even for those unfamiliar with international payment systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the exchange rates could be a bit more competitive compared to other financial services. Additionally, there can be occasional delays in processing certain withdrawals, depending on the payout method. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the convenience the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it incredibly easy to receive international payments from my client in Canada, without the need to deal with complex banking processes, currency conversions, or compliance paperwork. It simplifies the entire invoicing and payment process, saving me a lot of time and reducing the stress usually involved in cross-border transactions.
