Easy onboarding and helpful guidance for new users
What do you like best about the product?
Even though the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, Deel does a great job guiding you step-by-step through the setup process. As a new user, I found it easy to get started and understand the basics. The interface is clean, and the onboarding is straightforward, which helps build trust quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I’m still new and haven’t received a payment yet or explored all the features, I can’t speak to the full experience. However, I found the tax section a bit confusing — especially as a contractor based in Mexico working for a US company. I would appreciate more localized guidance or clearer explanations on what’s expected in terms of tax obligations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it possible for me to work with a U.S. company as a contractor while living in Mexico, without having to worry about setting up complex legal or payment systems myself. It handles contracts, compliance, and payments all in one place, which gives me peace of mind and saves time. I can focus on my work instead of figuring out international logistics or tax forms on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been a game changer for managing international payments and contracts. I really value how fast and intuitive the platform is, it makes everyday tasks simple and stress-free. I would like to have the option to convert my money to my local currency.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for the past couple of months to receive payments from clients in the United States (I live in Europe). The process is always perfectly smooth - I get paid immediately and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. Deel has made managing my contract payments simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend it to anyone working with global clients.

Deel lets you manage your contract seamlessly, giving you full visibility of changes, updates and payments.

It sometimes lacks visibility about special payments’ dates or amounts (e.g. bonuses)

It's very easy to set up and navigate. I also like the timely reminders and updates about payments and ease of money transfer directly to my account.

So far, I haven't seen any downside in using Deel.

The best thing about Deel is their timely response and how fast they send the money. I love that Alicia always notfies you whenever your money is on the way.
