What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the Deel platform, app, and website. Its functions are easy to learn. I use it frequently to check my payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transaction fees for banks in Ecuador are very high.

The way it manages all my invoices as well as the partial payment & advance payment options.

To be honest, so far nothing. But yes, if ever it comes to my mind in future, I would not hesitate to highlight it.

Most serious problem that I ever faced was the contract doc as well as multi currency payments.

Deel Advance has been a great help, especially when dealing with emergency expenses. Instead of taking out a loan, accessing a portion of your salary in advance is a convenient and hassle-free solution. It’s simple, quick, and avoids the complications that come with traditional borrowing. It really supported us during unexpected financial needs and gave us peace of mind during tough times

None, except for some features that is not available in our country.

Receiving payment from client directly to our own bank accounts without going through the hassle of other app.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and the banking transfers are perfect, you have all banks in each country, you only have to select the country and select the bank and that's all. The support is really good.

You have to provide many documents for validations but I understand is necessary for each country

I really love how easy it is to receive payments from international clients. The process is super smooth and I always get my money on time. Also, the different payout options are great because I can choose what works best for me. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, which makes everything feel simple even if you’re not super techy.

The fees could be a bit more transparent sometimes, especially depending on the payout method. Also, it would be nice if they offered a few more currency options. But overall, these are pretty minor issues compared to how useful the platform is.
