Reliable Payments and Stellar Support, with Minor Instant Withdrawal Fees
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout aspects of Deel is the helpful support team, who are always ready to assist whenever you have questions or encounter any issues with the platform. In addition, the platform is highly reliable and efficient when it comes to managing payments and ensuring timely receipt of your pay. It also provides useful options to help you better manage the funds you keep on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I don't completely appreciate is the fee that's applied when you want to instantly withdraw your money. Still, paying a fee is rarely anyone's preference, so I wouldn't really call it a drawback—it's simply something to expect when you opt for a faster option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has made it possible for my payments to arrive on time every time. It also makes getting paid from a different country much easier, instead of relying on methods that are more time-consuming and complicated.

It is quite easy to use and interface is quite intuitive and easy to setup the auto withdrawal

It's a very intuitive platform to keep track of your financial information and payroll.

At the moment, I have not experienced any discontent with the platform for my personal use as a freelancer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive my payroll from different countries, and it makes it very easy to receive my monthly payment on my personal Colombian account without having any issue month bby month.

What I like most about Deel Payroll is how it makes it easier to pay a global team while staying compliant. It offers reliable payroll processing across multiple countries, with compliance built in to help reduce legal and tax risks. I also appreciate the centralized payroll management, since everything is tracked in one place. Payments are fast and clear, and I get good visibility into payment status and detailed breakdowns.

A few things I dislike about **Deel Payroll** are that it can get costly, especially as you scale into more countries or add additional services. I’ve also found that edge cases can take time to resolve, such as local tax exceptions, contract changes, or off-cycle payments. Support speed can vary as well, depending on how urgent or complex the issue is. Finally, there’s limited customization for very specific payroll workflows compared with local payroll providers.

Deel Payroll helps simplify the complexity of running payroll for a global team by managing local compliance, tax rules, and country-specific payroll requirements within a single platform.
It lowers the risk of miscalculations, late payments, and compliance problems, while also centralizing key payroll tasks such as payslips, payment tracking, and employee records.
For me, the biggest advantage is the time saved and the reduction in payroll errors, while still making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time—even when working across different countries and currencies.

It is an intuitive tool, it is quite practical in daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited in the options for transferring funds, another option could be to use PayPal, which is another method that is used quite a bit.

Centralization in payments to contractors is more optimal as it avoids so much administrative paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it centralizes the multi-country payroll in one place with clear workflows and an intuitive interface. It greatly reduces manual work (calculations, validations, and documentation), provides visibility of the status of each payment, and keeps information organized for auditing and reporting. The user experience is consistent and makes it easy to operate with international teams without friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, it works very well, but I would improve two things: more flexibility to customize reports and some UX details in less common cases (for example, clearer explanations when a validation blocks a step). In complex tickets, it would be ideal for the follow-up to be more proactive and with more predictable response times.

Resolve the operational complexity of payroll in multiple countries (processes, compliance, and control), avoiding the management of multiple providers and spreadsheets. It benefits me because it reduces errors, saves administrative time, standardizes the process, and improves the traceability of each payment, allowing focus on work rather than payroll bureaucracy.

The documentation related to payments and withdrawals is not sufficient to comply with Indian laws. This documentation is often delayed and requires frequent follow-ups with the support team.
Also, Deel does not support taxation compliance in India for independent contractors, which is painful.
Additionally, Deel does not issue e-FIRC or e-FIRA even upon directly receiving foreign funds from clients which creates an issue in compliances with FEMA regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Deel to receive payments for my interpreting work, and honestly, it’s just super intuitive. I didn't have to jump through hoops to set it up; the interface is clean and makes sense immediately.
The highlight for me is definitely the Deel Card. I just filled out some quick info and the card arrived surprisingly fast. It makes accessing my money feel effortless, and connecting my bank account for withdrawals was a total breeze. It just works.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't run into any real issues yet. If I had to pick something for the sake of balance, you just have to keep an eye on exchange rates or fees depending on how you withdraw your money, but that’s pretty standard for any international platform. It does what it says it does, so no complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically solves the headache of getting paid internationally. It bridges the gap between my clients and my pocket without the usual admin stress. It saves me time and lets me focus on my actual work rather than worrying about when or how my money is going to land in my account.
