Easy payroll payment
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is the easiest I have used as a payroll payment application. It took less than a day for me to receive my monthly salary at Colombian account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's an international fee, but it doesn't show any details on why I'm being charged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and clear status on my salary payment.
Fast, easy, trustable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that every payment I withdraw never takes more than a day to get to my bank account. Truly very very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the Deel card is difficult as it asks for a utility bill in your name. Which in Colombia you can't get unless you're a homeowner. So I haven't been even to even request the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not as expensive to receive my payments in my Colombian bank account, while getting paid in USD.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, you can get used to it very quickly, I have had no issues with it whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taxes for my country can be high, so you need yo be informed before choosing a withdrawl method.

I am informed inmediately about my payment and contract.

Very efficient and works well on multiple platforms (computer, mobile, etc) internationally!

Amazing and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I don´t have to do anything special, just set up my bank account number and my money is transferred automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the user did not have to pay the exchange fees, these should be paid by the employer.

Once I set up my bank information, I don´t have to worry about the money not being transferred or available on time.

I do not like the fact that I cannot see the documentation of certain agreements in Spanish.

Super convenient and reliable—I don’t have to think about it
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how hands-off it is. Once everything is set up, I don’t have to worry about payments or paperwork—everything just shows up on time. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and support has been responsive the few times I’ve needed it. It really takes a lot of the stress out of working remotely for an international company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it works well, but I’ve had trouble adding a new bank account. The process isn’t super intuitive, and I couldn’t find clear guidance in the help center. It’s a small thing, but when you’re dealing with payments, it’d be nice if that part felt smoother. A bit more clarity or support around that would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes remote work a lot less stressful. I don’t have to deal with invoicing or figuring out how to get paid internationally—it’s all set up and just works in the background. It saves me time and takes away a lot of the confusion that can come with working for a company based in another country.
