Easy to use and friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility, its got a clean UI as well, great product
What do you dislike about the product?
Commissions for withdrawals is the only thing I never enjoy on a product, and the withdrawal to cards is not as reliable for my region

The platform is intuitive and easy to use for end users.
Other than a small initial mishap, payments have consistently been released on time and without delay. No major issues to speak of whatsoever.

What do you dislike about the product?
My first payment due to be received through the platform was a bit delayed because some additional security checks had to be performed, even though all my documents were submitted well ahead of time.

Receiving my payments in an opportune manner and without delays.

They assist no matter what they assist providing refunds ease of implementation

Taking a long time for the billing department to answer on weekends due to they don't work on weekends

Deel is the best tool for receiving international payments in many countries.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's ability to let me transfer my money directly to my bank account and its support for multiple banking options in different countries are some of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no disadvantage, its functionality is excellent.

With Deel I can receive international payments in just 1 day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have different contracts on Deel. The user experience is very good. Now that it can be used for onboarding, vacations, and everything, I find it very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When transferring, having to save the account first seems like double work to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receive the payment from Argentina. It could improve the possibility of spending from Argentina using Deel.

My card has been re issued over 3 times in the last 2 years. It's pretty annoying how quick they change carriers.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface and experience are great, easy to use, with all features needed to manage contracting finances. The product is well made and onboarding is straightforward

Their currency exchange spreads are larger than alternatives like Wise or Usend, and they charge ACH fees while competitors don't. We had a better experience with Rippling

Simplifies payroll with multiple payment methods like bank transfer, PayPal, among others and you can set up automatic transfer to your prefer payment method

Some users initially find the platform complex, especially with all the legal and tax details.
