Friendly UX with detailed, accurate information. Frankly, it’s amazing.

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about Deel.

It answers any question I have because it gives me all the information I need in the moment, like invoices and other related details.
Wise Integration Feels OK, but USD Account Linking Is a Nightmare
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it can be linked with Wise. However, linking that with an USD account is a nightmare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Wise's USD balance problem to be linked with the form of Deel.
Extremely high taxes for now, too.

Reliable, Transparent, and Stress-Free Global Payments
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel Payroll is its ease of use and transparency. I appreciate that the fees are charged to the company paying me, not deducted from my earnings. It gives me a strong sense of security because it acts as a reliable intermediary between me and the company. I can clearly see the amount I’m supposed to receive before it arrives, and I’m always informed of the exact payment date. This level of clarity and trust makes managing payments much more comfortable and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t experienced any issues with Deel Payroll. At this point, there’s nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves the challenges of receiving international payments securely and on time. It simplifies the entire payment process by handling compliance, contracts, and cross-border transactions in one place.
For me, this means I don’t have to worry about payment delays, hidden deductions, or trust issues with the company I work with. I can clearly see my earnings, know exactly when I’ll be paid, and feel confident that the process is handled professionally and transparently. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus fully on my work instead of payment concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm actually looking for some extra information so I can publish my referral link on linkedin and I'm working with other company from US so I'm talking greatness from Deel. I wish I can have a job with such an amazing team

Nothing. You guys have shown me how to improve my experience with the app

I can choose where my money goes, I wish I could send money to others in other countries without having to do it in other app but that's all.
User-Friendly, Well-Designed Platform for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the interface is well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. This has been the best platform for me, especially for easy payroll for work-from-home jobs from another country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an independent contractor working from another country, it’s very convenient for me to receive my pay, and it’s also easy to send it and convert it to my local currency.
Intuitive Platform with Organized, Thorough Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
it's organized and thorough with the documentation and payment invoices. The platform is very intuitive, easy to use. Guides and sections are well documented and clear.

Deel's fees are less flexible compared to other platforms for remote workers outside of the US earning in USD or EUR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes a lot of the things employers and employees need to have between then, like contracts, legal documents, identification, a platform to receive and send money, and a card to spend and access the salary received.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple withdrawal options now, and they cover almost everything I can think of. In the past, though, the choices were a bit limited.
Convenient, Easy to Use, and Always On-Time Deliveries
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient, very easy to use and check information. In one year I've never had problems or late deliveries
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing I don’t like about it. I just feel that the taxes on an advance payment are a little heavy, especially for those of us who live in other countries and use currencies other than dollars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part for me is being able to find my contract, the amount I will receive, and everything else I need all in one place. I also like that I can take some money in advance without having to contact my manager, which really pleases me.
Intuitive, Secure Mobile App with Helpful Instant Payment Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the Deel app on my cellphone, and it’s very intuitive and secure. What I like most are the instant notifications when I get paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The commission fee and the exchange rate are my main concerns. If I’m paying a commission, the exchange rate should match the TRM (Tasa Representativa de Mercado), since the TRM is set by the Banco de la República (similar in Colombia to the FED) and is updated every business day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel isn’t really solving any problem for me; I mainly use it as a tool to transfer my payroll into Colombian pesos.
Effortless Global Compliance and Always-On-Time Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to automate international compliance. You can also handle tax and benefits for employees, even in regions where you don’t have a legal presence. As for me, I get paid so much easier and quicker, and on time, every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium entry price is a bit hard to justify. I haven’t had to deal with it yet (touchwood), but I’ve heard it can be difficult to get hold of their customer support when you need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get paid on time, every time, and my colleagues and contractors do too. It handles payroll smoothly and reliably, no matter where you are.
