A Seamless Process
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes onboarding to your company so easy! I love how seamless the whole process was from signing contracts to uploading my banking information, Deel had everything clearly laid out step-by-step, making it the easiest and most efficient process ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the platform may be hard to navigate at times when trying to find certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel lis solving the problem of helping me get paid the correct amount and in a timely manner. Otherwise, receiving payments would be so difficult without the easy use of the platform.

I appreciate Deel for its very good customer support. When I had a question and an issue, they were very helpful to assist and resolve.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made getting paid incredibly simple. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly—checking paystubs, monitoring transactions, and updating my details all feel effortless. On top of that, Deel’s security features give me total confidence that my earnings are well-protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of supported banks for withdrawals is fairly short; broader direct-transfer options would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By handling the tricky parts of international payroll, Deel turns a complex process into a clear, secure, and dependable one. I don’t have to wrestle with currency conversions, I always know exactly what I’ve earned.
Easy to use, with its details
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and automatically generates invoices for the administrative area of my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the case of Mexico, there aren't many options for withdrawing funds that don't deduct a lot. Transfer times are long, and if weekends or holidays come up, uff. The option of direct transfer to my bank takes a considerable amount of money. In the end, the salary doesn't arrive in full through any of the options. Besides, they offer you a gift card to leave a review, but it seems that if you don't review them saying they're the best, they don't give you the card :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a user level, I don't think Deel is solving any problem; in fact, it has affected me to receive my payments here because my salary doesn't arrive in full due to the commissions that have to be paid to withdraw.

It does not give an option to provide a different email for Paypal than the one with create the Deel account

It is very easy to handle and allows you to manage your payments in a way that adapts to your needs. I could configure the transfers to my local bank account very easy

I do not see anything I dislike. I have not had any issue with transfers ans support so far and I have been using Deel almost three years

It helps me to deal with multicountry payments without complications
