Straight forward onboarding process.
What do you like best about the product?
Once I received the invite to join Deel, the process was pretty straightforward. Everything was setup in a matter of 1 day. From identity verification to location verification. And the same day I received my virtual card. I can't wait to order the physical one but I am sure that it'll be fine also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app looks buggy sometimes. When I try to login using my fingerprints, I have to try several times and it's not always worked. I even had to uninstall it, finally I just deactivated the fingerprint login and just use the PIN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get pay and have sevaral option to withdraw my money. And also it gives me access to a card that I can use in my country, that's a real plus.

My money arrives in USD, I can make a withdrawal to a bank account or dollar app

The physical Deel card cost some money, I just have it virtual.

Deel is the intermediary between my US company and me located in Colombia.

The website is easy to use and intuitive. It works great, and there are many options for transferring money.

The app for Android is not that great, I would rather use the web version all the time.

Honestly, best platform ever
What do you like best about the product?
They are always working on giving us more and more perks, and also is super easy to withdraw your balance to any wallet/bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike itself, but I think that the mobile app can be improved.

Not many platforms offer SWIFT transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use stood out to me when submitting my documents. The Deel platform guided me through the process, and not only did it ask for them, but it also provided me with the links to obtain the documents I needed to submit. Moreover, it has a variety of withdrawal methods, some of which make the process cheaper and quicker, which is a huge upside.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has plenty of features, which is not a downside in itself, but I felt a little overwhelmed and lost at the beginning, when I was trying to get my account set up.

Deel is helping me send my payments an quicker and cheaper way. It has a lot of different options and I can choose the one that works the best for me, other platforms lack this.

Some contractual terms are too standardized and do not allow for customizations.
There could be more educational content aimed at the employee (e.g., how taxation works in different countries).
During periods of high demand, support may take a little longer to respond.

Deel solves the main challenges I faced as an international collaborator: insecurity about legal contracts, delays or complications in payments, and difficulty accessing clear information about taxes and compliance. Before Deel, it was common to feel uncertain when dealing with clients from other countries – there were always doubts about how to formalize the work or ensure payment.
With Deel, everything changed. Now I have a clear and legally valid contract, access to a transparent platform where I can track all payments, and I can choose the form and currency in which I want to receive. Additionally, I know I am in compliance with the laws of my country, which gives me peace of mind. The support is also quick and always ready to help. This gives me more security, focus, and freedom to work remotely with professionalism and confidence.
