Simple and transparent
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how easy it was to get setup and how transparent it was to see your contract and pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
There weren't many or any downsides to Deel, it was easier to set up than with other jobs I've had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If felt like a streamlined way of dealing with HR where I provided the information and populated everything right there and then. This was great from my end because it happened in real time and didn't have to wait days to hear back.
Absolutely smooth, probably as much great as possible

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how seamless and efficient it makes international payments and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is generally very convenient, one thing I dislike is the limited control or visibility over the exchange rates at the time of withdrawal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
“Deel is solving the problem of getting paid internationally in a simple, fast, and legally compliant way. Before Deel, receiving payments from foreign companies was slow, expensive, and full of red tape — especially with traditional banks in Brazil. Deel makes it easy to work with companies abroad by handling contracts, taxes, and global payments in one place. For me, it means I can get paid in USD and easily transfer to my Brazilian bank or fintech account, like Nubank, without needing to worry about complex paperwork or high fees. It’s helped me focus on my work instead of stressing over international logistics.

Deel makes hiring and paying remote teams across 150+ countries incredibly easy. The platform handles contracts, compliance, and taxes automatically, saving tons of time. Payments are fast (even in crypto), and the interface is user-friendly. It’s perfect for startups and businesses scaling globally without legal headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees can add up, especially for small businesses using their Employer of Record (EOR) service. Some users report occasional payment delays or glitches. The contract templates are also a bit rigid, with limited customization for unique hiring needs.

What do you like best about the product?

The clean, user-friendly interface and robust reporting tools have significantly simplified payroll management.

While the experience is mostly seamless, the pricing can sometimes feel a bit high for smaller startups or teams with just a few contractors. Additionally, occasional delays in customer support responses have been noticeable, especially during peak times.

Until now, I think I haven’t found something least interesting from Deel. I hope I won’t find something I’d dislike in the future.

The main problem was to receive money from my employer which used to take more than one or two weeks. With Deel, this has been reduced in one or two days.
Best Payment App I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for several years to receive payments, and my overall experience has been very positive. Payments have always been processed smoothly, and I haven’t encountered any major issues. I very much liked the card option that has been added recently, and I enjoyed transferring any amount of money to the card, which was cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope to be able to charge my Deel card by an external source rather than the payroll, which will widen the usage of Deel cards with a 1% payback on spending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a great solution to receiving incentives in a fast an efficient way. I never got any delays in payments on Deel which proved it reliable and comfortable.
