Direct and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient and easy to use. Whenever I need to find something in the site/app, it's usually not a big deal and I don't have trouble getting anything done. Wonderful tool for receiving payments, it has a wide variety of options to withdraw your money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is very slow and unresponsive, I believe that needs some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for receiving international payments, many good companies that I've worked with utilize Deel, which makes it easier for me to get used to the system.
Effortless global hiring and payroll in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it super easy to hire and pay international contractors or employees. The platform is very user-friendly, supports multiple currencies, and automates compliance with local laws—super helpful especially when managing remote teams. Plus, the support team is responsive and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the document verification process takes a bit longer than expected. Also, it would be great if they could offer more localized benefits packages in certain regions. But overall, it’s not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complex challenges of hiring and managing a global workforce. Before using Deel, dealing with international contracts, payroll, and compliance felt overwhelming and risky. Now, everything is centralized and automated—from onboarding talent in different countries to handling tax documents and local regulations. It saves us time, reduces legal risks, and lets us scale our remote team with confidence.

Deel makes getting paid simple and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how Deel made it easy to find all the relevant information and material needed for my job. Since I had never used the platform before and my new job required using it, I was concerned about how the payment process would play out. Even so, the Deel platform was very simple to understand and made getting paid quick and easy, where I never had to worry about my money, when it would arrive to me, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I particularly disliked about Deel besides the unspecified date of my delayed payment which was due to my employer, not necessarily the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy to manage my incoming monthly work payments. Using another platform as well as manually entering my work hours, I was able to easily monitor and organize each month's pay. I was fully aware of how much to expect as well as when to expect it.
Good for Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Offers a variety of options for you to use your money in dollars or in your local currency, allowing you to use it the best way you need it
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging from your computer is weirs sometimes, they ask you to accept the device from your cellphone but when you do sometimes it doesn't connects, anything else seems to be good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fees that other third parties charge the company who's paying us and ourselves, also the fees when the money is entering to our local bank are really high

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Deel was how easily the payments were processed and transferred to my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the customer support for Deel since getting to an actual person takes a while.

What do you like best about the product?
They don't send too many unuseful emails and are have a easy to navigate page. Also I love their reminders of salary, which are simple and help me organize my finances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, it pretty much attends my expectations

Deel is the platform I receive my salary from, I've never had any trouble with the automatic resending of my salary to my official bank account. It's also the platform for any reimbursements from the company, which have always worked great.

Friendly app, a lot of options and shows the transactions in real team

Not getting notifications from the transaction, I only can see it if I’m in te app

The easy set up, timely notifications and compatibility with any bank we use.

I feel as if some of the benefits offered are not very useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes our life easier by allowing us to handle contracts, payments and extra compensations for each of our contractors, and it's interface is very intuitive so there are almost no need to ask for assistance.
Great overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
The company I work at pays me through Deel and it has been very easy to use. It is great that I can transfer the money to other accounts of mine very easily and at no cost, like Wise. It is also safe. I also like the fact that I can have my contract there and all work related items like vacation there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to move the funds from my Deel card as I cannot use them in all the platforms I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company contracts employees in countries different than theirs, and Deels makes its possible.
