Deel is the best option for international payments
What do you like best about the product?
The payments are extremely fast and always arrive on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of fee that is required to send the money from deel to my bank is too expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes receiving payments as an international contractor smooth and stress-free. I don’t have to worry about exchange rates or delays—payments land on time, and I can choose how I want to withdraw (bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, even crypto). The onboarding process was also super easy—my contract, tax documents, and payment setup were all in one place. The interface is clean, and everything is clearly explained, which makes it feel really professional and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Deel feels a bit rigid if you need to update personal details or payment methods—certain changes require approval from the employer or Deel support, which can slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of getting paid reliably and compliantly as an international contractor. Before Deel, receiving payments from foreign clients was complicated—there were delays, high fees, and a lot of manual work around contracts and tax forms. With Deel, everything is centralized: my contracts, tax documents, and payment preferences are in one place. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m working within legal frameworks, and I get paid on time in the currency I choose. It’s made working with international companies feel just as seamless as local ones.

Swift Transfer Processing time is too much

Getting remittance in USD from my contractor as my local banks are not compatible with my contractors payroll system so we use Deel to transfer my wedges

I like the feature of Deel advance because when a financial emergency arises, I am able to withdraw salary advances. I hope it will have a feature of salary loan.

the service fee is kind of high. I hope it lessen or in the future!

the flexibility that it offers. not just for salary purposes, we can also request a time off within the deel app, and ontime processing.

The service in itself is good. I like how the care about notifying you when your money is ready and also tells you in advance how much it is. Plus the fact that the is deposited into your account as soon as they receive it. I love it.

I also value their strong customer support and continuous product improvements, which show that they listen to their clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is a powerful platform, one area for improvement is the customization of reporting and analytics. For more complex organizational needs, the out-of-the-box reports can feel somewhat limited, and deeper data segmentation often requires manual work or API use. Additionally, while the platform is generally intuitive, navigating compliance nuances across different countries sometimes requires more clarification or direct support. That said, Deel is actively improving, and their responsiveness to feedback is a strong point.

Deel is solving the complexity of hiring, paying, and managing global talent—especially when it comes to navigating local labor laws, compliance, and tax regulations. It removes the need to set up legal entities in each country, which significantly reduces time, cost, and risk. For me, this means we can scale faster, onboard international contractors or employees seamlessly, and focus more on growing the business rather than getting bogged down in administrative or legal details.
