Intuitive Experience with Room for Simplification
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it includes many elements while still being very intuitive to use. I’ve seen how the platform has grown and evolved across its different sections and features, and it’s impressive. Overall, the experience feels highly intuitive and straight to the point, focused on what users actually need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs when typing amounts for withdrawals. I’ve also noticed that accessing the platform can be confusing, because there are different entry points depending on the user type (e.g., new users, HR teams, or business accounts). As a result, you sometimes have to jump between pages to find the correct login for your profile.
I think having multiple options is valuable, but in some cases there are simply too many, which can feel overwhelming. If the elements and categories were better organized and more clearly structured, it would be much easier to find information and navigate the platform.

The interface is quite user-friendly, you can see the contract and the amount they will pay you, and the withdrawals are instant.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel Payroll is the simplicity and reliability of the process. Payments are punctual, the platform is very intuitive, and all the tax and contractual management feels well organized, which provides a lot of peace of mind and allows you to focus on work without worries.

So far I have no complaints. Everything has been clear and stable; perhaps some advanced options could be explained better, but nothing that affects the experience.

Resolve the management of international payments and contracts, ensuring timely payments and legal compliance, which reduces paperwork and allows me to work with peace of mind.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that occasionally the customer support response time can vary depending on the complexity of the issue—sometimes simple questions get resolved quickly, but more technical inquiries around specific country regulations might take a bit longer. That said, the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable once they get back to you, so it's a minor inconvenience rather than a real pain point.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel Payroll has always been reliable, unlike with Rippling I've never had payment delays, and there is also the advance functionality which is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing? It kinda just works if you have a business set up.

It makes it trivial to get paid by my clients from any country.
Clear histories and automatic payments: the best of the platform
What do you like best about the product?
The contract change history, the payment history with filters, and the ability to send the payment automatically to my accounts are what I value most about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the platform has many benefits that can be accessed, but I don't keep up with the new ones, and having to go into the perks section to find out what's new is something I might do once or twice a year. It would be useful if I could subscribe to a perks update to see the new benefits I could access just by having Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the business level, solving taxes, multi-country payments, and all the management that this implies, I imagine must resolve many areas. And for the employees, having a quick and transparent way to receive my payment is something that is highly valued. When I have used the support, I have also received prompt responses and good solutions. It would be interesting if the card supported more currencies, like COP.
