A Game-Changer for Global Payments
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Deel has been a game changer. It's easy to set up with aggregators like Skydo. I can track my annual income, fetch the invoices and retrieve any contract-related document anytime.
Customer support is very responsive and timely resolve any queries.

I have been using Skydo as a payment aggregator towards India. So, I incur a 5 dollar fee to transfer into another US-based account

Contractor payments are seemless. I can get the invoices anytime

Convenient and easy to navigate, payments are sent out almost instantly.

Nothing in particular, the concept of withdrawal ahead of time that is with extra payment leaves a bit of distaste

It handles all the hassle of getting a new client setup, and has all the features you might need, from invoices to requesting day off for example.

It didn't take into account some specific paperwork that weren't required for my work

I have the Deel Card and it is awesome to just use your incomes without doing international transfers.

Deel card cannot be shipped to Costa Rica directly. I had to ship it to my sister in USA.

As a freelance, signing contracts and managing clients payments are really easy to do.
It's been easy to use and reliable.

Nothing so far. The rate per transaction is not too high.

The customer support feels disconnected. I have to do too many things to talk to a real person and they only reply via email.
