It's only good for companies not for users. High charges for transfers, physical and digital cards.
What do you like best about the product?
Gives you contract copies automatically and easy. Platform has responsive design and it has a good security overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
High charges for physical card replacements in countries like Colombia. Limited purchases types, for when it comes to money, they tell you which type of business you are able to spend. Charges are applied if you move credit from your physical or virtual card to main account back and another high charge is applied for sending money. Poor support to other banks, apps or platform transfers. It's quite often they change cards provider, so users must pay again for replacement, like once a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
US dollar payment system with contractor contract type. Contract copy automation and billing info. Digital and physical card for general purposes in terms of purchases.

Deal cards are so useful in the app, and have a lot of gifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee is too expensive, and they charge me twice for the physical and virtual card in a provider change.

A simple way to get payments as a remote worker
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features Deel has, is the ability to have a formal contract with a company and receive payments according to this contract. I could mention many more features but one more thing I love about Deel is the Deel Advance, I can get money in advance for a small fee, they pay it back once I have a balance in my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have a better customer service, better communication with users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is the bridge between my employer and me as an independent contractor, I live outside the United States and Deel makes it easy for me to receive payments directly on my bank account without complex processes and by paying just a small fee, plus, payments is received instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
They pay quickly and the fee is less than what my bank used to charge me when my company did this directly. customer service is also very good, as i had a few questions when i was just getting started and the team was very supportive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far i don't think i dislike anything.

Now that my company is paying me through deel, the fee to transfer the money to my account has decreased from around $25 to $5...that's great news.

I concentrate all my payments in a single tool!

Generally, payments are received in form and order even before the estimated collection date, and it is very convenient as it gives you the option to take direct deposits or leave your money for a while until you want to transfer it if there is currency fluctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small fee that you lose when collecting your payment, and sometimes there can be errors or delays with the payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I faced was an occasion when, for some reason, one of the payments was lost, but after contacting customer service, it was resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once you set up the bank accounts, it is very easy to use when withdrawing money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered an issue where I had to add leading zeros to my bank account number in order to link it successfully. The main problem was that there wasn’t any clear information about this. I only figured it out with help from a third party. It would be helpful to have a guide that explains situations like this, and if such a guide already exists, it should be made easier to find.

For me, it's just an easy way to withdraw money.
