A great service in the past, now made worse by a series of poor communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slow app
Communication. For example, they informed me that I need to redo KYC after I got paid (not before). For a while, I’ve been unable to access my funds.
At some point, Deel announced they were switching the provider for the Deel Card. I checked with support, and they confirmed that the replacement card would be issued to me free of charge. However, later on, they told me I would have to pay the issuance fee again. Eventually, they simply denied me the card altogether, stating that the new provider is not willing to work with me.
In the app, my card is still stuck in the "In Review" status. I’ve contacted support multiple times asking them to fix this so I could submit a new application, but nothing has been resolved.

Everything is laid out is very simple and easy to use. Any issues I had was handled quickly & professionally.

Because of the two-factor authentication I appreciate having piece of mind with the sense of security. Also the ease of direct deposit makes life easier, no running around town to banks or Western union or the like.

I don't have anything bad about deel, perhaps the most complex part is adding payment output methods for banks, it's a bit confusing, but I think it's just a problem of fear or something...

It's easy to create international contracts, and in no time at all I'm receiving payments in a safe and unbureaucratic way.

Great solution to getting payments for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
I've started use Deel for receiving payments from my client about half year ago and realized how that convenient and fast. After 5-minutes signing up process I confirmed my personal data and could create a contract that sent to my client. In 10 minutes they signed up as well and we signed off the contract. My client uses Wise for payments and I was surprised how fast the payment came to my Deel balance. Especially I like withdrawal process to cards: it costs not more than 15 dollars per transaction and in 1 minute the money arrives my card. Fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
From some negative sides I could highlight only one - deel interface is not easy weight and works a little bit slowly on "weak" devices.

I'm getting payroll as freelancer every month using deel and withdraw to my bank very fast and with low fee amount.
