Good platform for remote work pay
What do you like best about the product?
Withdrawing money is very simple and it offers different alternatives as to how get the money into my bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit hard to navigate in the different sections, such as the contract or upcoming payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling onboarding, contracts and payment of contractors overseas.
Deel, an easy and friendly to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I use it very much every day, overall, the application is friendly. The advantage of having the Deel advance is great, and managing your hours and time sheets is great! Tracking your payments is very easy.
I have not ever needed to use their support. And the transition from a previous platform to Deel was really easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The login on both phone devices and PC is way too slow. To log in using a PC, you still need a phone device that kind of sends you in circles a couple of times before you can confirm you are trying to log in. Also, the rate for foreign currencies is much lower than on other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the posibility to track my time and payment on a streamlined way. Very different to other platforms I have used before.

It's very easy to use, I like that it also has a good mobile app. Transfering money is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have TOTP check for things like transfer. Would be nice if it worked with faceId, or push notification.

I'm getting paid easily every month.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes getting paid as a contractor smooth and stress-free. Payments are always on time, and I appreciate the full transparency at every step. I receive notifications when a payment is sent and when it arrives, with clear details on exchange rates and any fees. The platform offers multiple withdrawal options, so I can choose what works best for me. It's fast, reliable, and easy to use. I highly recommend Deel to any freelancer working with international clients.

My only dislike is that customer support response times can occasionally be slow during high-traffic periods
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the major challenges of getting paid across borders as a freelancer or contractor, things like currency conversion, delayed payments, unclear fees, and compliance with international laws. Before using Deel, I often dealt with slow transfers, high fees, and a lack of transparency. Now, I get paid faster, in my preferred currency, with full clarity on costs and timelines. It also gives me multiple withdrawal options, which adds flexibility. Overall, Deel takes the hassle out of international payments and lets me focus more on my work, not the logistics of getting paid.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and clear interface, very easy to use. Great Customer support and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was slow to load, but they updated and now it really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to withdraw easily and swiftly, by choosing the best option available. I can apply for PTO right there on the app. I can download my bills and modify anything too. They even give you an advance option that let's you advance your salary and pay it back with a small commission.

That I can take the money to my country like Uruguay or Argentina

That the language, when in LATAM, be in English and not directly in Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple connections with different virtual wallets has solved my life to be able to withdraw to my account in my country, for example.

What's great about deel is the transfer time, it's best to use this platform if you want to transfer your salary to your bank account right away

Low exchange rate, dollar to peso is usually lower than other payroll platform

Don't think there are many things to dislike, the platform is user friendly and only takes a bit to learn to navigate

You have multiple options to receive your payment where you need to, and even distribute it into your different accounts if you'd like. The platform is very user friendly.

It may take around 2-5 business days to get your payment visible in your accounts.
