Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
That I can work from Ecuador to Mexico and it was an easy and fast process compared with the traditional proccess that would take months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expected withdraw time in Deel is greater than the actual time it took to withdraw the money to my national's bank account. It will be better if the adjust the time for a more real one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping me to have a job internationally and to get payed in time

Buena plataforma para contratar tus empleados!
What do you like best about the product?
Lo que mas me gusta de Deel es lo fácil que es usarla. Desde aceptar tu contrato, subir tus documentos personales hasta el proceso de retiro y transferencia del dinero a mi cuenta de banco. Tambien me gusta la idea qu puedo agregar tantos métodos de retiro como yo quiera.

Me disgusta que a veces es un poco lento en recibir el dinero en mi cuenta. También recientemente me percate que, en mi caso, la plataforma me esta descontando un fee debido al código Swift de mi banco.

El hecho de poder ser contrastada desde cualquier parte del mundo y recibir mi contrato, pagos y payslip. Me encanta también que es muy amigable para usar y segura.

Perks are fully unuseful, I like to have a netflix o prime discount, something for the real life.

it simplifies the relations, I get my money there, and I can move it to my bank or keep it on the card. That is good.
PERfecto para manejar tu dinero con trabajo remoto

Facil de usar, podemos mover el dinero a nuestras cuentas si problema a otros paises sin restriccion

Todo es bueno, uizas aveces tarda un poco en bajar el dinero dede que realizas la solicitud pero en general todo super bien

I like Deel for receive payments monthly.

I don't dislike Deel , i like very much use Deel online , but maybe they need an app for iOS and Android.

Since I am only a contractor from the end of 2022, which means I only accept payments, I think that Deel does a lot of work for many companies, especially those who work freelance like me in Sports I
They support adding wise or direct transfer to bank in any country.

They provide good service for remote jobs. I can withdraw my money in time, and they also support advance withdraw methods. They also support virtual debit card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some day's ago, stopped the debit card support in my region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote developer, my challenge was returning my salary to my country's bank account. Using Deel is easy to transfer money from Deel to my bank account.
Seamless from a contractors side and good options for withdrawing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to input your hours and keep track of previous work input. Onboarding helped get tax docs in and I appreciate all of the withdrawing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the UI layout and organization of the platform could use some work. Its a bit hard for you to find where to get into your contract and put in your hours. I believe they are working on this as they added a contracts option in the side nav, but that nav is getting very busy already; it needs to be paired down. Also 2 factor auth every single login is tedious. Gotta be a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for my employer to hire people all around the world and ensure the documentation is for each jurisdiction. Which has led to a more diverse team which makes me happy.

There's no complications or unnecessary steps to get my money or deal with my clients
The UI is simple and I can easily find things I'm search for within few seconds.
I also like the demo and the blue notification when a new feature is realised on the home page

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the standard contracts are too long and a lot of their words are hard to understand or digest by my own self. As a contractor, I need to make sure that I'm not signing on something against me. Also, when. I signed up for the first time, I found a difficulty knowing the paper required from me ahead of time before I open my contract. Also, the need to withdraw my money within a time limitation is also a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal is providing a grounded and documented method between me and my client. It also considers a safe mean to get my salaries straightforwardly and send it to my bank account within few seconds.
Simple and quick to receive your income internationally.

Able to see the balance and the fee is very affordable.

Having to wait some hours to receive my money in my personal bank account.

Everything is centralized. Payrolls, benefits, contract details, vacations, expenses, etc. Its very easy to use.
