Deel, fast, effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has a great UI; it helps whenever you roam the site for info; they thought out how to make things easy to find for the users, the way they have the navigation and how the information is displayed makes it a great experience for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can think about disliking it. It's not like there's something I dislike, but features that can be improved; for example, I had a problem with the physical card and never got it; also, they removed my country from the list of allowed cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no information related to what problems Deel is facing and how they are doing to provide a solution beneficial to the users, maybe they should send a newsletter to inform the users of upcoming changes.
Very practical and effective way to get your money. User friendly, and fast processing.

how easy it is to withdraw your money directly to your bank account.

As far as I have used this platform, everything is going really well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, you can transfer your money to a local or international bank account. Local transfers are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't be used with apple pay yet, so I need to transfer the money to my bank account to use it. Additionally, you just can leave your money there for 30 days.

Receive my payroll in dollars and then transfer it to a bank account in the US and in Colombia.

* Deel Card - it is not available in Ethiopia.
* Limit on duration - I want my money to be available as far as I want.
* Referral to a friend - It would be good if there were an option to refer a friend to a platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
My HR team is new to Deel and is not sure how all the features work. It is supposed to feed into BambooHR but it doesn't seem to connect. More training for HR resources could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel supports the onboarding of new employees through managing the signing of contracts and security documentation along with an employee homebase for important HR items.
I've had a great experience with Deel!

It is super easy to use! If I ever have a question, the customer support team is responsive and helpful. I've never had an outstanding issue with it.

Honestly, I cant think of anything! Maybe a mobile app would be useful
