Tiptop Customer Service follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Deel, is how efficient and quick it is to receive funds into the platform. And the Customer Service follow up is mind blowing very tiptop. I only use this platform once a month when my customer pays me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is that I still struggle with the withdrawal fees for Latin American Countries, the bank wire transfer is sky rocket fees. And limited options compared to withdrawal within the United States.
The debit card they offer seems that charges a fee per transaction, so for that reason I have not request it.

Easy to use, cool features, allows to connect the payments with non traditional banks

The fees. They should be charged to my employer, not to me

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and easy to use from signing contracts, then to time tracking, receiving the payments, and withdraw.

I am using Deel from 2019, and it is a pleasure! Customer support was great, when I had to change my registration email.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all, except there was a time when I have ordered and been using Deel Visa card, but suddenly there was an alert that my country, Moldova, will get out of support. No card ordering possible since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps to get a remote contract signed, tracked (time tracking), and payed every month - very convenient!

What do you like best about the product?
It’s straight forward and has great features. You find all your invoices, previous payments, upcoming payments and withdrawal history with ease. The Deel advance is also a great touch

You can’t use the app when an upgrade is due, you’ll have to download that 1st then you’ll have. access. Sometimes there’s just no time for that.

Receiving payments are easier and tracking previous payments as well as contract agreements all in one app

My first experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I like your entire interface, it is very practical and informative, containing all the necessary elements related to payment systems, contract data, and various ways to generate new contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Deel, actually I think its only flaw might be that it doesn't let me have both a physical and digital Deel card at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with an effective way to receive my payments and have control over them, as well as their advanced payment service that allows you to have immediate liquidity before your monthly payment.
A pretty solid service

I like how it is easy to use the UI, how good the support is and overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got locked out of my account due to a MFA malfunction, but support was able to get me back in.
