Easy and Effective Direct Deposit Payments
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and reliable Deel is to receive payments from my contracting position. Never late or delayed
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, they really push 2FA apps for logins but I just choose to do email and they bug me about it every time I log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving payments as a contractor of a company, especially one that needs to pay by converting Euros to USD

What do you like best about the product?
The app has incredible functionality and the UI is so easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the ways to withdraw funds have a percentage fee, but there is enough no fee methods
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes Time tracking and compensation management incredibly easy and efficient. I've never had an HR solution for any employment position that was so smooth.

Paperwork management, real-time update, very efficient.

Have to pay a fee for direct deposit, and the fee is too high.

Easy to track payment, keeping historical date.
Deel for Colombians
What do you like best about the product?
The payment process, transfers to my personal bank account, and the exchange rate are incredibly fast. The exchange rate is quite good, better than traditional banks. The process of logging hours where you can see how much money you generated per hour worked and it shows you a summary of what you've earned is simply amazing. Customer service has been quite efficient so far, but my questions and requirements have been quite simple for the daily use I give to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't have a personal account on Deel, with which I could have different contracts with companies, or use it as a means to receive payments and manage contracts as an independent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment processing from U.S. companies to Colombians in the contractor mode is not so simple in many cases. With Deel, I just have to upload the hours worked, receive my payment, and send it to my bank account.
Deel was very intuitive and very easy to learn with some examples of buttons and CTA

I was living in Brazil and work for Dubai so was ver useful for me and very easy to make withdraw with Deel.

It was easy to fill out the W-8BEN form and to receive the payment for my services

Nothing so far. A good solution for companies.

I was the employee/receiver. I sign the contract, had the W-8BEN form filled out for me and received the payment in Brazil in minutes. Would be great to have these in all companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really user-friendly. Payments are quick, flexible, and can be sent in multiple currencies through different methods—including PayPal, bank transfer, and even crypto. I also love that they offer perks for contractors, like the Deel Card and early access to earnings

There isn’t anything to complain about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the problem of getting paid easily and securely across borders. As someone working with a company based in a different country, I used to worry about delays, currency conversion, and fees. Deel takes care of all that by offering fast, reliable payments in my local currency, with flexible withdrawal options
It's been efficient and easy to use. Highly reccomend.
What do you like best about the product?
Money transfers are easy to make, and they happen fast. The site is easy to understand and I have quick access to my contracts, companies, and payments. It's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a fee to transfer money to my personal account.

It allows me to safely work at international companies without worrying about contracts and payments. It gives me peace of mind that I am in a safe space.
