Deel is a great product, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
They were very responsive during the entire process!
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few bumps to get moving but they were communicating the entire way.

They are helping us by providing a platform for a prior employee to continue working while pursuing a return to the US.
CFI Review of Deel
What do you like best about the product?
First off we greatly appreciate our Deel Representative Ms.Paige Luetkemeyer. She is so helpful & always responds so quickly. The system is fairly easy to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clicking on an employee's name, it opens a separate window each time you click on a different employee. Wish that could be different. Also we would appreciate if there were more categories to pay employees in such as Holiday pay & the 13th Month pay since we have employees in the Philippines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are looking into finding out if there can be categories added. Also, once Ms. Paige sends information over to the payroll team, they quickly respond or follow up to let us know they are researching the matter.

Really easy to navigate and get the info I need. Super helpful customer sevice.

I can't find anything to dislike right now!

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient system for getting paid. The user support was a great help

The interface is very complicated, despite the detailed instructions, not every employee could not register, draw up contracts and issue invoices on their own at the first time.

Simplified the company's payroll
Deel is a fantastic platform - great customer service, too
What do you like best about the product?
The Deel platform is such an easy platform to use; the customer services and advice on all areas of onboarding is fantastic. Louis Pampel in particular has been a great help to us as an organisation, he's just a pleasure to work with. Even the Deel CEO has had an input in the early stages, which was a really nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike - everything about the platform is great. Hiring internationally is streamlined and with easy reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hiring a lot of smart people, some of which are abroad. The Deel platform is helping us hire and compensate these people with ease.
Provides a necessary service
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for help to deal with the admin complexity for an overseas candidate we wanted to work with, and Deel was able to provide it. They are communicative and provide good follow-through.

The expense is big for a small firm to bear.

Filling paperwork, paying taxes, keeping us and our employee in line with local labor laws.

Its simplicity and usability. Everything seems easy and clear to do on the platform.

It's helping me to get international clients, as it allows me to get my money in a safe place, manage my contracts, and even network due to the platform's several partnerships.

It has no complicated processes. It is really fast when transferring money

The truth is that I'm not too fond of the graphics they use.
