The process of sending payment has been very painful.

Providing an Employee of Record service has allowed us to quickly hire an employee in another country.

Deel an amazing, simple platform
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I enjoyed about using Deel is the simplicity; I understood every single write-up, which made reading and signing my contract easy for me, unlike other platforms that use ambiguous words leading to confusion.
And one fantastic thing about Deel is their customer service; their prompt and life-saving responses.

I don't have anything I dislike about Deel in my current contract.

Deel helped me sign my contract and allows me to receive my payment quickly and conveniently.

What I love most about Deel is the customer service and the way they help to get all doubts out of the way in order to provide an extrodinary customer engagement and service.

Maybe the estimated time of resolution, but I can understand since some things are not in their hands and they do let you know this in advance in order to get things cleared out.

What Deel is helping me solve is the way I get paid internationally allowing it to be easy,fast,secure and always on time with the payment transaction. Never late

What do you like best about the product?
We reached out to Deel in order to hire people in other countries in a way that was easy and compliant with local laws. The team at Deel was great to work with. They always followed up on any questions diligently and took the complexity out of hiring people in other countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about working with Deel. They were very flexible as we decided where we wanted to start hiring and their platform was very straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a wealth of talent in international markets and we wanted to build a global remote team without drowning in local laws and tax issues. Deel allows any company to easily hire people anywhere.
It works smoothly for everything that I need related to receiving payments

The ease to use, the ability to cashout my payments with no difficulties, that the system remembers my previous cashout methods, the comfort of adding items to the upcoming payments

I find it quite hard to write 40 characters on this...to be honest, I find the whole system easy to use and helpful in everything I require for my needs, if I can cash out payments I'm happy, so...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provides me the ability to cashout the payments that I receive and that is mostly what I need from it so I'm fine using it since it covers all my needs for a system like this

If there is a problem with the payment method, I have to keep checking to see if everything is ok. There is no automatic way of saying that something is wrong.

Intermediating the form of contact between my contractor and me in a practical and efficient way.

How easy it makes handling invoices. I also appreciate the really fast payments!

Taxes for contractors are still something they need to figure out on their own. Wish there was a way around this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for me to receive payments from my employers as well as how easy it is for me to withdraw my earnings into a host of convenient platforms (eg, PayPal, Binance Pay, banks)

Not Applicable. Deel has an excellent Customer Support team that responds very quickly with solutions to your problems.

Deel helps Employers efficiently manage employer and contractor contracts and payments. As an Independent Contractor, Deel gives me the guarantee of receiving timely payments I can withdraw in seconds.
