I could set it up with my Wise account, which for international contractors it is very convenient.

Deel has been a game-changer for managing remote teams across multiple countries. It simplifies contracts, payroll, and compliance, all in one platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the onboarding process for new contractors and employees is seamless.
What really stands out is their customer support — they’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The ability to handle payments in local currencies and generate tax documents automatically saves us a ton of time and headaches.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be on the higher side for small teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complex challenges of hiring, paying, and managing remote teams across international borders. Without Deel, we’d have to navigate foreign labor laws, tax compliance, and payment systems manually — which is time-consuming and legally risky.

The platform is super intuitive, design is great.

Some request made time to be answered (some expenses are not correctly read blocking the expense validation)

Punctuality in explanation and payment. Clarity in the answers of the customer support. Certainty in the timing and ease frequency of use. Number of features allows you to use the Deel platform without major problems.

honestly I didn't find any negative complaints during the use of the Deel payroll.

The Virtual/Physical Deel cards that made my life easier.

Only downside is having to wait for my money to arrive to my local bank. (Usually around 5 days)
