I really enjoyed using Deel – it made everything much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to manage contracts and payments. The platform is user-friendly and saved me a lot of time.

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Deel. Everything has worked smoothly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy to hire and pay international contractors. It solves the problems of legal compliance, contract management, and global payments. This has saved me time and stress, and let me focus more on my actual work.
Solid solution for freelance
What do you like best about the product?
As a fairly new remote professional, I've been quite pleased with Deel in general. The platform is friendly to use and simple in contract management and payments without any unnecessary complications. I especially appreciate the transparency of payment processing. Deel frees up time to do the actual work by removing administrative stress, and I'd recommend it to any of my friends or freelancers who have clients overseas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI is slightly too cluttered or somewhat sluggish. And while support is always helpful, response times depend on issue or time of day. Having a more efficient FAQ page or live support chat would be a huge plus. But those are minor nitpicks otherwise in a generally solid service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a contractor overseas and otherwise wouldn’t be able to arrange the payment method for services so Deel came as a solution that suited both sides.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Deel for its great rewards, multiple withdrawal options, easy-to-use app, preferred FX rates, and low fees—it makes managing global payments simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked about Deel was when they ended their partnership with the card provider and expected users to pay for a new card. It wasn’t the users' fault the partnership ended, and I believe Deel should have covered the cost of reissuing the cards for all, not only for the ones with a less than 6 months card.

Employes can submit their own expenses, less work on the company side

That it doesn't provide the right date in some of the transactions (for example when is the payment gonna be available in the platform, how long it takes for it to be reflected in the bank account after the withdrawal from deel)

Not having to wait until my payroll is already on my account to know how much money I'm expected to receive, because it lets me know in advance so that I can organize my finances
