Made for ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the website. The setup was straight forward and there were instruction videos online to guide new users. The website is fast and the application process was nicely laid out in a completion progress look.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I think the only setback is that deel does not have an app. It is uncommon to a company without an app. I would hope to see an app in the near future so that it is convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes the transfer of funds in and out very easy. It is secure and many companies trust the company. I have created the account based on Apex's (a prop firm) recommendation.

Deel is ideal for contractors!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel for about eight months and am extremely impressed with the platform. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support team is always quick to respond and helpful. Deel has saved me a lot of time and headaches managing everything related to payroll and benefits. I highly recommend it to any contractor looking for a reliable and efficient solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Deel to have a mobile application available since, in this way, it is easier to manage payments, although this is not something that bothers me much since transactions can be done very quickly through the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving payments in Ecuador from abroad is usually a long and expensive process, but with Deel, I can receive my money almost immediately and at a minimum cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel helped us comply with Germany employment standards for independent contracts that we work with in that market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between the employment costs and the Deel platform fee, it feels like a lot of added costs on top of the monthly salary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, Deel helped up to retain our German contracts by helping them comply with local employment regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is always happy to assist. Like every platform, mistakes happen. But the Deel support team ensures you have a pleasant experience and quickly resolves any issues. Also, it's very affordable to move money internationally. Also, Deel Advance. It's a very nice feature to get an advance just incase some extra bills come up or if you have plans and need extra money. This feature is perfect because it just automatically deducts what you borrowed and the fee is very generous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Deel. However, the termination of my Deel card is up there. I understand this was an issue with Visa, but many countries depended on the Deel card. I will be waiting until it supports my country once again.
Also, I don't withdraw using my bank account anymore because sometimes the money would get lost, and I'd have to reach out to deel support to let them locate it and resolve the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring internationally. My employers are in the US and use the Deel platform to pay hundreds of contractors worldwide. It makes it extremely easy for us to receive our pay and for our employer to distribute.

I do not like the exchange rate with PayPal in which it is charged too much.

The payment is fast when it is outside the country, they notify when the payment has been generated and allows you to quickly download invoices.
