Deel is efficient and user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The process of withdrawal is efficient and really fast. No issues at all. You can also track and download your history of transactions for future purposes. Bonus is that it offers a free bank transfer/withdrawals in select local banks. Deel is very straightforward and really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't see anything yet that I don't like about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making difficult and high rate transfer fees from overseas money transfers easy and free!
Quick and Ready-To-Use Payment
What do you like best about the product?
The think I like the most is how quickly my payments appears in the account and how easy it is for me to make transactions to other accounts (best part is that it's quick).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any type of inconvenience with the app. Pretty much the experience has been really positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well deel deals with me being able to receive payments without having my personal bank deal with currency exchange, fees or anything like that.
As a freelancer, Deel makes compensation one less thing to worry about

I'm a freelancer, also working for entities outside my country, and Deel makes it super easy to deal with retribution. Dealing with contracts and paperwork was also a breeze, I can say I've been satisfied with everything I needed from Deel.
I also never needed Customer Support, and I guess that's a good sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some frequent actions could be improved to be more flexible and support less common ways of doing time accounting, but this is more of a nitpick. Nothing major.

What do you like best about the product?
The withdrawal experience is awesome. It is easy to withdraw from the wallet to local banks (It takes a few minutes to process it), and some of the features are nice, like a salary advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process is too long before you eventually start to get paid. I guess due to the compliance requirement and all. It is overwhelming when setting it up for the first time. You most likely won't meet the requirements when setting up. Because you'd be asked about stuff like any government passport, your letter as a contractor. While some of them aren't mandatory, however, this could potentially block you from taking out your money.

Deel simplifies and speeds up contract signing and global payments, making it easier to hire and pay talent efficiently.
Intuitive and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked remotely for almost a decade and have used several platforms to receive payments, Deel has by far been the most complete, intuitive, easy to use and, specially, easy to set up!
When I was told I needed to create an account in yet another digital payment platform I was already dreading the process, however filling in the information, the approval process for the documentation and the fact that I can easily customize my dashboard to track payments, transactions, and my contract just threw me off in the best way possible. Frankly, I didn't even know I could have all that in the same place but it was a very pleasant surprise
I would recommend Deel to anyone by FAR than any other platform to receive your money. Very cool, customizable, and complete experience!
Plus, when I reached out to their support team with questions about getting my account approved, and the physical card, they were very quick to reply, super informative and also kind. I felt taken care off and supported without the support team being overly friendly or robotic with their interctions!

I haven't found any big downside so far. I guess the only thing is the same as with any other platform, the fees!
Fees aren't fun, but still the fees to send my money to my bank are super fair and it doesn't feel like the platform is reaching their hand on my pocket to do the transactions. I can't say the same for other platforms

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the issue that any remote worker faces when working with US based companies: having a place to get your payments with high fees + a tedious account approval process.
It benefits me, and I'm sure many others too, because now I can get my pay in a safe and easy to use platform. Using the money and sending it to my own bank accounts is a breeze and even when I've had concerns, the team was very knowledgable and human in their interactions (I didn't feel like I was talking to Tour Guide Barbie!)

Easy payment solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy app. Very easy to setup and get paid

Not having a virtual card option for me or for all countries

To get paid from a cross-border is problem deel solve that problem easyly

it's easy to use, I love the Deel Card and the customer service is amazing. I use it very ofter because I get paid through Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is the fees I have to pay to transfer the money to a colombian account. That fee is really high, but it's probably because it's an international transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps my company and I can get paid easily eventhough when I'm not working directly where my company is based.
