Great for customization to receive payments for contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Deel let me add various payment methods. Since I work in a different company than my employer I have to deal with FoRex charges and fluctuations. For charges, I can withdraw via any method that I want such as SWIFT transfer for banks or via WISE depending on the forex rate for that date. For the fluctuations, Deel allows storing the compensation so that I can weather the currency fluctuations and withdraw only when I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really. The flexibility offered is great. The transfer to WISE is at 0 costs and was done within a few minutes. The SWIFT transfers are also fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving payments for contractors. I work remotely for a company based out of another country. Deel solves the payroll problem for me allowing me to receive payments in a different currency and also giving me the flexibility to receive the amount in any method that I want.

It is a very useful platform with the best staff.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they provide HR and employment services all over the world, and they have a very knowledgeable and supporting staff that are answering any questions that I have 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asking for some legal papers takes a couple of days to receive them but that's because of the shipment time since they need to ship them.
So far the platform has met all my needs, and I don't have any complaints.

I am working for a Canadian company that doesn't have an office here in turkey, so they are using deel to handle the legal part of the employment and the payments.

The transfers are really fast and the interface is simple but functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, they do have a fee for transferring money to a bank account, but it`s not much; it`s $5,00. But it's a fair fee, because they provide a very good service.

All the bureaucracies of providing services abroad, they made it really simple.
Best Platform for contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been the modern solution to manage international employees. It is so user-friendly that it is hard to get lost when navigating through.

The fees are quite too high and it takes longer to receive your withdrawals

They make the job easier for me by being the middleman between me and my employers by taking my time spent working and requesting my payments.

I have started using Deel a couple of months ago and so far I haven't found something I dislike, so I'll look further.

Onboarding is fast and very straightforward. A lot of self-serve features that are super convenient.

Support communications are a bit confusing, especially their email replies. Not clear to what support thread it relates to.
