What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about DEEL is how intuitive it is to use. It’s a very user-friendly platform—clear, well-organized, and easy to understand. I also really appreciate the benefits it offers, which I can redeem with various stores and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about it has been positive, safe, and simple. I have nothing negative to say about the platform or my experience using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem DEEL solves for me is the ability to get paid in USD easily, and then convert that money into my local currency in a simple, straightforward way with fair fees. That’s a huge benefit for those of us who work remotely with clients or companies based outside our home countries.

The app is quite easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. My favorite feature is the automatic withdrawals, which really sets this app apart.

Maybe, I would say the charges for transfers but I guess this happens all the times with all apps

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it incredibly easy to receive payments from international clients. The platform is user-friendly, secure, and supports multiple payout methods, which gives me flexibility and convenience. I also appreciate how fast the payments are processed—usually much quicker than traditional bank transfers. Everything is clear and transparent, from contracts to payment history.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had major issues. If I had to mention one thing, sometimes the fees for currency conversion or third-party payment methods can be a bit high, depending on the method chosen. But overall, it’s still worth it for the convenience.

Deel helps me receive payments as a freelancer without dealing with complicated invoicing or cross-border banking issues. I don’t need to chase payments or worry about compliance—Deel handles everything, so I can just focus on doing my work.

Deel makes managing my timesheet incredibly straightforward. The interface is clean, onboarding was smooth and the platform has all the tax documents you'll need.

Pricing can feel steep for smaller teams, i alsio would like clearer info on billing of where each expense is put on invoices.

Deel solves the complexity of cross-border payments, contracts, and compliance. Traditionally, working as a contractor for an international company involves messy paperwork, uncertainty around tax rules, delayed payments, and lack of proper legal protection.
It was a great experience using Deel.
