There is no problem to solve but it is a tool for me to recieve my payment

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Deel efficiently tracks our payroll system, saving me significant time and promoting an efficient process that enhances productivity. I find it incredibly useful that all the necessary features for processing payroll and employee management are integrated within the platform, eliminating the need for additional software for HR functions. The ease of finding specific functions, thanks to its organized interface, makes the platform very user-friendly. I'm pleased with how Deel facilitates managing all employee information and onboarding through its comprehensive features. Additionally, I deeply value the product's design, which centralizes functionalities, making it straightforward and easy to use. Deel's effectiveness in streamlining these essential business operations contributes immensely to our efficiency, which is why I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish for better integration capabilities with other platforms. It would be beneficial if Deel could integrate with various job platforms to streamline job postings and other HR functions. Currently, we have to handle some functionalities separately, which could be more efficient if integrated directly within Deel.

I use Deel for tracking payroll, saving time, and promoting efficient processes, enhancing our productivity.

Have a deferents ways to get your money, also exchange currency is fair. Automatic withdrawals are awesome

All are OK so far, no complaints, contracts and money are always on time

For now, it worked well. I think it could improve the option of having translations in more languages.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used three different tools and Deel was the quickest and simplest to use. Highlights for me are the low or no comissions (depending on where you send your money) and the easy to understand user interface. I didn't use their card but I know that's an option as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I disliked is that they weren't clear about how long you can keep your funds on their platform, or what really happens if you exceed the limit. They say 30 days, but I kept it for more and it wasn't returned to the sender. I understand they don't want to be considered a wallet or bank but I think there's a gray area there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was using an inflexible payment method that we couldn't change easily and took plenty of money in comissions. When we switched to Deel I was able to decide by myself and at a lower cost.
