Overall a good solution to hire employees without the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform and fairly responsive support
What do you dislike about the product?
Some rigid processes that slowed down a contract update. Was fixed eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding employees from 3 different countries with hassle free employment. Legal and payment are handled directly with Deel, so I don't have to research local policies or laws.

Easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
The signing part is straightforward and easy to understand. Also, submitting the work time is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to pay out the reward. I feel the error message may not be efficient for me. I could finally get my reward to get pay out after several attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an error while trying to pay out my bank account. Staff from Deel kindly help me to advice me finding out the root cause with very limited information.

The support of our contact Lilian was very helpful in a different situation during the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe have customer support attending in other languages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lilian helped us with critical payments and solved our big issue adding all payments in a template, because we used to add the amounts individually for each employee.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform works really well and it's easy to navigate. Furthermore, Deel has an amazing support team that it's available whenever you have a doubt.

The timing to make adjustments it's really tight. You have to anticipate any change with a lot of time.

We need to hire remotely employees on local payroll on countries we don't have a legal entity in.

Would be interesting that Deel functioned as a savings account where I could leave my money and save it.

Simple and powerful interface, wire transfera to bank card, simple contract review, signing.

The experience is super nice, everything is really easy to use and transfers are blazing fast.

I'd love to have a dedicated app with FaceID instead of having to go to the website on my mobile and juggle with the MFA that is on the same device.

Most of my customers are in other countries. Instead of giving money to the bank to do their jobs and waiting a week for the money to slowly trickle down into my account, everything is instantaneous.
It never fails and people makes the experience even easyer

We are not obliged to have a bank and society open in every country where have contractors to pay them

Maybe is a little bit difficult to solve some things with the support.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager has helped us to manage and solve problems with our internal deadlines, she is always attentive to meeting our needs, and if there is something she cannot do or that Deel cannot change, she gives us different options until we find a solution, I recommend Deel's service 100%.

Sometimes, when our account manager is off sick or on vacation, it takes a long time to get support or help from someone else.

Working with Deel helped us to expand and work with high-quality talent around the world, the service they provide us as a company is more than we expected and we had worked with different companies, but none provided us with what we found in Deel.
