Fast and easy service
What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use and the service is so fast

Nothing but last version of the phone application was little bit lagging

Whenever an employer sends you a payment it will usually come in on time and pretty fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel takes a bit of your payments as commission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to get payments from New Zealand employers while I live in Colombia, my employer would upload my contract and I would get fixed payments every month.
Easiest way to be paid
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it tells you how much the pay is going to be, when is it approved and also it’s transferred to my bank account very easily authomatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, for the time that I’ve been using the app I haven’t had any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s the easiest way for me to get payed as I’m an independent contractor from Mexico, and the company I work for is located in US so it’s so easy for me to get my money thru here.

Nice UI, it is quick and simple. Human support instead of AI chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rates could be lower, I believe 10$ per transaction is too much.

Navigation is easy and intuitive, it is responsive, and getting set up as an end user was easy.

My team are forced to have two contracts, one of which sends reminders unnecesarily, which we can't turn off.
