High tariffs for MX
What do you like best about the product?
The app and page works really good, having a physical cars it's awesome also withouts charges when using it but they have very high tariffs to transfer money to MX account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very high tariffs to MX accounts, need to have another international account to transfer then transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only tariffs problems on transfer money to MX don't know if deel is doing something about it.

The process of setting your account makes you feel confident and certain of your employment.
Once your account is ready the platform is very friendly and has a lot of extra resources that are very useful. I love to receive the updates when my money is on the way.

My employer has delays on my payday and feel can’t do anything about that. I wish they could penalize them or charge the exchange fee to them when this happens

Deel solves major problems in remote work like handling international payments, managing contracts, and ensuring legal compliance across different countries. As someone working remotely, this takes a huge burden off my shoulders. I don’t have to worry about currency conversions, tax documents, or local labor laws—Deel handles it all. This gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus completely on my job, knowing that everything else is taken care of professionally and securely.

Although it took me a few days to learn the the platform and some messages with customer support I managed to make it work properly.
It is extremely reliable and a game changer. Before my employer decided tonuse Deel, I had to rely on a coworker to get my payment on my bank account. Now it goes straight to my bank automaticaly.

I find it a bit difficult to navigate. Sinsce I use it only once a month to enter my working hours the UI always seems new to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a powerful app that helps in a very easy way to connect with HR and resolve all doubts that you may have related you time at work, payroll and any request that needs to be proceeded through HR. Is the most simple app for all ages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment do not work in holidays. The payment gets delayed if there is no approval from previous days.

Payments directly to my bank account, or options with their own credit card.

it's so easy to navigate and i can transfer to even bitcoin and they give many options which i really like also its amazing that it has a lot of benefits for free and discounts as well

card takes ages to be created if you need it. i didn't even got it yet

I’ve been using Deel for almost 2 years to receive overseas payments directly to my bank account. It’s very simple to use and provides a seamless experience.

Usually international transfers take a long time to arrive and are very costly. Deel solves that my eliminating bank fees
