Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform itself and how intuitive it is. The processes are all clear and I've never had any issues with payments or documents; usually payments came even quicker than I expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints. Perhaps just more clarity on dates of payslips and paydays, but there was no issue with those at all, just an improvement that I see is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps connect employees and employers all around the world, and I honestly love how it does that. It's quick, intuitive, well-built and reliable. Absolutely great.

My experience with Deel has been great. The platform is easy to use, and the customer service team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel is very user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to get started with freelancing. The customer service team is also very helpful and responsive, which is a huge bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that I don't like about Deel is that there aren't many options for finding freelancers. It would be great if there was a larger selection of freelancers to choose from. Other than that, I have been very pleased with my experience with Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of finding reliable, secure, and efficient ways for freelancers to manage their work. It makes it easy for freelancers to find jobs, get paid quickly, and get onboarded quickly. This is incredibly beneficial for me, as it takes away a lot of the hassle and stress associated with managing freelancing work.
User-friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
All information needed is usually at hand. Deel workflow is clear, transparent, and proactive. The employee support is also incredibly efficient and fast in responding and solving issues/questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any issues that made me dislike the interaction with Deel. Just as a suggestion, it would definitely be great to have more/greater diversity of "Perks" that cover South America/Brazil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth onboarding process into a new company - including all bureaucratic requirements. Having Deel mediate this process helped being hired by a company without a local office.
Easy payments for workers outside the country
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is the various options to withdraw the money. Even at no cost. This reduces my losses when I send my money to my country's account. In addition, constant communication provides security. Since they are always sending updates on the status of your money. Finally, I like the discounts they offer and other benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really serious since my experience so far has been positive. Something that perhaps complicated my induction to the service a little was the language and some technical terms. As a Spanish speaker, it cost me a little to understand everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a Mexican company from Peru. I have tried some other payment systems and for me Deel has been the most transparent, clear, fast and effective. Receiving money from abroad can sometimes be complicated but Deel is always aware of my transactions and that he doesn't say anything.
Easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
As someone new working for an international company Deel made it simple to receive my payments.

Actually the easiest way to receive payments are in bank account. But since my company don´t have that in my country, Deel is a great choice.

Awesome experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about Deel is the multiple options to withdraw your funds. It makes it really simple to have your money - providing multiple withdrawal methods including crypto. Also the withdrawals are seemless and payments too are on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the application has been great. There is nothing I dislike about Deel.

Deel is solving my contracting issue with the remote work I have. My contract was done on Deel and payments too are don through the platform.

It is easy to work and fast to receive the money. Doesn't charge fees.

Deel solves the complexities of international hiring & I am a benefactor in that was able to get hired hassle free.
Easy and quick payrolls
What do you like best about the product?
Easy currency conversion and low conversion cost due to their peer to peer network makes it reliable for me when I'm receiving international payments. I also like their live support chat, I was able to contact them directly and get my issue resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as my experience with Deel is concerned, I've never gotten any complaints from their service. If I were to answer what I dislike, it'll probably be that I have login everytime I open the dashboard. I understand the concerns regarding the session timeout but for me as a user it gets a little tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their Local bank transfer service is a great solution for companies to make global payments to international employees. This makes it so much easier and faster for me to receive international payments every month. Super helpful!
