One of the best platforms for business.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a very good money management platform. After a while of using it, I understand very well why companies use this platform. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don't think there is any cons!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does not create any problems in terms of payment.

Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I like deel advance because it is very useful during emergencies
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel advance can't be overridden by support. One instance was I have a constant $330 deel advance then by December it became $20 less.

On how we are getting paid and how fast it'll reflect on my bank account

Ability to send money blazingly fast. Low fees

That money income not instantly 😄. It's a joke

Great if you are looking for a payroller with a nice and smooth experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Nice and intuitive UI. You'll easily find all the features you are looking for. It comes with all thee features you need and more.

There are some features that were not there from day 1. Those have since been added.

They are continually adding new features that such as expenses.

Sometimes there's a bit of information overflow but it's not a big problem.

Seamless, efficient and amazing account manager.
What do you like best about the product?
The expert advice on HR practices elsewhere - it makes it so easy to add another employee in a foreign country. Our account manager Beth is also really quick to repsond so problems are solved pretty quickly and a fount of knowledge for unique and indidvidual issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of personalisation with employee contracts in line with our policies. I am also not always clear on the benefit offering in other countries, so it would be great if it could be made a little easier to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and managing payroll for our employees in Europe. They also help us understand the nuances in HR practices in different countries and assist with any employee issues we may have.
Very efficient and effective dealing with Deel and the associates there. Highly recommend Deal.

Proactive Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales representative, Rochelle, was incredibly knowledegable about the different options and country employment requirements. Our onboarding specialist, Steven, was proactive in his communication, prompting us to next steps, offering screenshots and tutorials, and keeping in communication throughout the entire sign up process. I have not had this level of customer service with other similar services and really appreciated the quick and helpful responses, as well as management of the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our potential employees would have preferred to be paid in USD rather than his local currency. I'm not sure if this is an option limited by DEEL or part of the compliance requirements for employing individuals in their country.

We have previously struggled with how to employee individuals in international locations. DEEL provides this service, as well as in-country compliance, benefits, and more.

Deel is solving a big problem for my establishment. Its helping me to do the right payroll for my employees outside of the USA.

I get my money very quickly. As soon as I click "receive funds " I get the money.

The FX, its too expensive and I loose too much money.

I work for a US company, so They dont have office in Mexico. To receive USD in a quick and easy way.
