Deel helps make it easier for me to receive payments from my employer directly into my accounts!

They removed a very good option that made it possible to get early withdrawals

It has been very easy to manage payments from my payer and to make automatic transfers to other banks.

That they charge you the conversion from Dollar to Euro to request advances

Deel easily resolves the payment of my payroll, with my payer being in another country.
The money is deposited into Deel and I can make transfers to my local bank without fees.

high fees but not that much annoying since I receive the salary in the same day

Nothing so far is annoying about deel, just that they don't serve deel card in india.

Deel is simplifying the contractual work specifically off shore companies, I got streamline payroll management with hectics.

Because it's international and also covering my country which is not covered in some top market payroll provider's.

Nothing in particular I would say, previously some colleges would struggle with the technicality of the app but that was upgraded by deel.

I haven't encountered any downsides, but it would be nice if Deel allowed payments to others' bank accounts.
