What do you like best about the product?
Louis Pampel has been a wonderful account manager to us so far! He has been very helpful and responsive with every query. The Norah team has been great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable. I don't really know what to write here as it requires me to have a minimum character count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few various ones really. Mainly with our more challenging hires in Russia and with compliance docs.
DEEL best app for freelancers and consultants
What do you like best about the product?
Fast transaction. UI is easy to understand and very user-friendly. Deel also Meets Requirements as the reporting is easy to locate and understand. There is also a history of my transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a feature that I do not like. As a suggestion, they could add coupons that can be used on worldwide locations since some can only be used in the US
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I do not know since I do not encounter any bugs when using DEEL. I can also log in easily using google sign in and as a form of security it gives me updates on where and where I log in.
Super easy to do the processes and transfers.

I like how the platform works, the usability, the ease of transferring and the fast time to receive in another payment platform

I would like to have a digital card and not have to take the money to another platform with additional costs

What do you like best about the product?
All the regulations and details are covered by Deel so that I don't have any hesitation and question in my mind.

I'm not sure that but there may be a mobile app to provide convenience.

It is the bridge between me and my customers. All the contracts and payments are being done via Deel which is awesome for me.
Super clean and easy to learn platform!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has everything you need and is super easy to learn. The customer support is also super quick and helpful. I'm thrilled with it!

So far, no negative thoughts about it as it has been super helpful to have everything in just one place!

Having all my paperwork available in one place, see all my perks and benefits and get super quick help on any questions!
Experience is smooth. Everything works with no major issues

Simplicity in getting things done is the best thing in the app.

The thing that I dislike the most is the USD conversion rate, which is always below the one we found on Google or other specialized places

It's making receiving payments from overseas extremely simple.

Really enjoyed working with Deel through their platform and the great support resources. We were able to onboard people very quickly, with little hassle to improve the employee experience.

I think the only thing that has been challenging was onboarding people through the EOR without training. But, once we reached out to our point of contact, it helped address our issues

Deel is solving our international hiring by reducing the speed to onboard an international employee, improve the employee experience, and give more consistency in payroll expectations, expense reimbursement, and expectations of hiring.

Effortless to use and fast transactions. Lots of perks.

My payroll comes only once a month, and it would be nice if contractors were given the option of doing it twice a month.

It solves my payroll issues as a contractor since I am a remote employee.
Great experience throughout the process
What do you like best about the product?
Communication is frequent and specific. I'm never left wondering what's going on, what we are waiting for, or what I should be doing from my end. Even when I had questions, everyone was quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd just say the pricing can be difficult to cover, especially if you're a smaller team. But the experience with the company makes the pricing feel more worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving all the challenges that come with trying to hire internationally. I don't have to do any of the research or be restrained to only applicants in our country.
