What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes managing international contracts and payments incredibly straightforward. Its intuitive interface, fast payment processing, and extensive support for compliance and local regulations have made it an essential tool for my work. The platform also offers excellent integration options, which streamline financial workflows and reduce administrative overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement could be the pricing transparency. The platform's fees can sometimes be unclear, especially when dealing with different currencies or payment methods. Additionally, some advanced reporting features could be more customizable to fit specific business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me manage international payments and contracts efficiently, reducing the complexity of handling multiple currencies and tax regulations. It also provides a streamlined onboarding process, which saves time and reduces the administrative burden, allowing me to focus on more critical business tasks.

Again...fees, honestly it´s a lot better to use a regular bank if possible

They updated their app recently wich was really helpful because lots of bugs (animations, refreshing frames etc) were fixed

What do you like best about the product?
Deel simplifies international consulting by handling contracts, compliance, and payments efficiently. I especially value the reliable payouts and ease of managing cross-border work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel rigid at times and sometimes can be a bit unintuitive to log work, but this may only be for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure that I'm paid in a timely fashion with a nice UI.

Easy to use, good interface to add data and withdraw money.

Great interface to receive contractor payment from my organization and ease of options to withdraw said payments.

Helps with bureaucracy for those receiving payments outside the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had authentication issues a couple of times. The login page didn't foward to the main page after login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had several problems with bureaucracy on another plataforms, after deel, I don't have those problems anymore. Another thing is the free virtual card, helps me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use. One of the things I appreciate the most is that the system is consistent across both the app and the web version, which makes switching between devices seamless. The interface is intuitive, the features are well organized, and everything is clearly explained, so even first-time users can understand how it works without much effort. Overall, it’s a very accessible and user-friendly platform that simplifies the experience for everyone.

I haven’t had any issues or found anything I dislike about the app so far.

The problem Deel is helping me solve is receiving payments from abroad in a faster, more reliable, and more efficient way. Before using Deel, managing international payments was often slow, complicated, and unpredictable. With Deel, I now have a clear, organized system that allows me to receive funds from my international clients with confidence and ease. It has simplified the entire process and given me greater control over the money I earn for personal use.

While Deel is an incredibly powerful platform, one area that could be improved is the depth of onboarding resources for new users. For first-time contractors or companies unfamiliar with global compliance, a more guided, step-by-step onboarding experience—perhaps with interactive walkthroughs or real-time support—could help bridge the initial learning curve. That said, Deel's customer support is responsive and helpful, which goes a long way in addressing any issues quickly.

Deel is solving the complex challenges of global hiring—specifically, compliance, payroll, and legal infrastructure across multiple countries. For companies, this removes the need to set up local entities, dramatically reducing overhead and time-to-hire. For independent contractors and remote workers like me, Deel offers a secure, streamlined way to get paid on time, in our local currency, and with clarity on taxes and documentation. It brings peace of mind and lets me focus on doing great work, not navigating international bureaucracy.
