Great experience and very easy to connect to Payoneer
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that you can easily connect to Payoneer and withdraw your money.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything specific that I dislike. So far it's great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use mostly Payoneer for my payments and work with a Payoneer card so the easy connect and withdraw to Payoneer means a great deal to me

Transparency when it comes for payments.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Deel shows a list of transactions and future incoming transactions. There is also a wide range of ways to withdraw your money, either in your local currency or dollars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I found about Deel is getting $25 per transaction taken away. I understand It's not in their hands since local banks ask $20 and Deel just $5, which ultimately makes it $25.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on getting their debit card to be international and building their mobile app. It will hopefully solve getting my $25 taken away and provide more accessibility when they complete their mobile app.
The UX is good
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simple, with easy access and with all the information you need. Also, I never saw a bug using Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the fees, they are little but still are an expense however it is better than a currency percentage

Deel is helping me to do international transactions with ease and without worries

Working abroad makes really hard to find ways to get paid without issues, deel makes it easier
It’s a great payment app and they are much supportive in the terms of customer service.

Money transfering varieties. They have many ways to withdraw your balance.

Actually, I have nothing to say but some times in the exchange fees may be higher than usual

As working remotely, I have difficulty getting my salary, so Deel solves this issue and also I felt like my money is being in a save place.

The fact that the interface is clear and easy to get used to, Deel is quick at sending and making payments also the generation of bills is great, the support is also easy to reach
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a plus if Deel was able to keep/provide us with bank statement of the money sent to our account while using Deel, that the only thig I can think of

It gives me a quick and efficient to solution to avoid for example making bills, check the required law document etc, I think as it grows it should be great to use as well for european company

My salary is automatically transferred to my preferred withdrawal method every payday. I also love the payslip UI which is 1000x better than what we were using, can I say it? (Payooner) and the email/app notification is very useful

Nothing so far. I'm loving the experience.

Automatic salary transfer, payslips are generated and can be downloaded anytime and the email and app notification about the status of my salary from deposit stage to transfer.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel Dashboard is easy to use. The site also has many helpful links and a built-in chat to answer questions or provide employees with general information. Being able to set up teams makes it easy to manage employees across different departments.
The best part is their support team. Our Customer Succes Manager Sam and the Africa Area Specialist, Oludolapo are excellent. Extremely responsive, kind, and do their absolute best to provide us with detailed information. I am so grateful for them. They make the Deel experience better!

What do you dislike about the product?
Deel does not connect to our HRIS, Rippling. Also, to be compliant through a third-party provider means that companies will lose certain HR functions (e.g., benefits administration, separation practices, etc.). You just need to adapt to a new way of doing things.

We are a small non-profit that is expanding into new markets across the globe. Deel has helped us solve how we can hire international staff and remain compliant with national and local laws.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has helpful and informed staff, a great platform for managing team members and better employee benefits offerings than their competitors. The team was supportive before, during, and after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Deel's payroll policies are cumbersome for third-country nationals who prefer to be paid in other than local currencies. In some countries where we work, Deel is not yet set up for business.

Deel is helping us to employ and pay our globally asynchronous team compliantly. They ensure our employees and organization have everything we need to follow the law.
